Joe Biden Proves That Democrats Are Racist Too!

Liberals love to tell you that Republicans are the sole controllers of racist buffoonery, but Democratic Senator, anti-Bush miscreant and newly announced Presidential candidate Joe Biden proves otherwise:

Senator Joe Biden, D-Del., the loquacious chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee who launched his presidential campaign today, may be experiencing an ailment not entirely unknown to him: foot in mouth disease.

Biden is taking some heat for comments he made to the New York Observer, in which he said of Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., a rival for the nomination: "I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man."

Immediately the conservative media establishment — Rush Limbaugh, the Drudge Report, bloggers — publicly pounced. At Townhall.com, Mary Katherine Ham wrote: "A clean black man? The first black guy on the American political scene who can both shower regularly and speak properly? Is that really what Biden thinks? If a Republican had said this, we'd have a national outpouring of grief over the residual ignorance and racial insensitivity in our country, and the guy would be in sensitivity training until around about the time John Kerry is elected president."

So now the question is: will MSNBC, the Washington Post and the rest of the liberal media make the same kind of noise about Biden's remarks as they did over George Allen's "mamaca"? Will the Washington Post mention Biden's remark over one hundred times during the next three months?

I highly doubt it.

Not that Biden has a history of doing this kind of thing. Oh wait, my bad. He does.

Mitt Romney Is Now Anti-Abortion? Well, So Is "Roe"

Liberals are having a feast attacking Rep. Presidential candidate Mitt Romney for suddenly being anti-abortion when not too long ago he was pro-choice.

Romney spoke at a Rotary Club in Aiken on Monday before heading to Mount Pleasant to announce former Gov. Jim Edwards, the state's first GOP governor since Reconstruction, former U.S. Rep. Tommy Hartnett and Republican National Committeewoman Cindy Costa had signed on to his campaign.

Romney he also had to answer a question about how he changed his mind on abortion. Romney said for years he was "effectively pro-choice" because a family member died in an illegal abortion in the 1960s.

But he changed his mind in part because of a discussion about stem cell research with Harvard University leaders in which one of them said destroying an embryo at 14 days isn't a moral issue.

"It struck me very powerfully at that point that the Roe v. Wade approach has so cheapened the value of human life that somebody could think it's not a moral issue to destroy embryos," Romney said.

Ok, so Romney's changed his mind about abortion. Big deal. At least Romney can admit it. Wherein lies the problem for liberals who go after Romney, but refuse to acknowledge their own supportive stances on key issues they now strongly oppose.

That's why Hillary Clinton can get away with saying that the President should clean up his own mess for a war she once voted to approve. And why John Edwards, who also supported the war in Iraq, can act like that never happened and campaign for President as an anti-war propopent . And why liberals almost never talk about the fact that Norma McCorvey (aka "Jane Roe" in "Roe vs. Wade") and 25 year supporter of abortion rights is now a staunch pro-lifer.

"Crossing Jordan" Disses Ann Coulter

It wasn't too long ago that I found that one of my favorite shows, "ER" had become rampant in liberal bias. So I stopped watching it. Now I come to find out that NBC's use of drama series' to exploit their hatred for conservatives is well-known.

Bill O’Reilly’s war on liberal bias at NBC took an interesting turn Sunday evening when one of the network’s hit dramas decided to attack Ann Coulter for no apparent reason (h/t Hot Air with video available here).

As Dr. Nigel Townsend (Steve Valentine) attended to a whiny blonde woman, he asked, “So, how long have you suffered from “ACS”? When she gives him a blank stare, he responded: “Ann Coulter Syndrome, wherein the afflicted gains strength through the hatred of others.”

She answered in a voice clearly designed to somewhat sound like Coulter:

Niceness is overrated. I never saw the point. It’s all based on lies anyway. “How are you?” “Have a nice weekend.” The truth is I don’t give a crap how you are or what kind of a weekend you have.

Any wonder why more and more people are viewing cable instead of regular TV?

John Kerry: Friend To The Enemy

Not only that, but he calls the U.S. a "pariah" on foreign grounds. What a coward (ala The Dixie Chicks) and what an idiot.

Switzerland - Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry slammed the foreign policy of the Bush administration yesterday, saying it has caused the United States to become “a sort of international pariah.” The statement came as Kerry responded to a question about whether the U.S. government had failed to adequately engage Iran’s government before the election of hard-liner Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in 2005. Kerry said the Bush administration has failed to adequately address a number of foreign policy issues. “When we walk away from global warming, Kyoto, when we are irresponsibly slow in moving toward AIDS in Africa, when we don’t advance and live up to our own rhetoric and standards, we send a terrible message of duplicity and hypocrisy,” Kerry said. “So we have a crisis of confidence in the Middle East - in the world, really. I’ve never seen our country as isolated, as much as a sort of international pariah for a number of reasons as it is today.”

Seriously, even a diehard liberal has to be worried about John Kerry, especially if you're throwing all your energy behind winning the White House in 2008. Because John Kerry is a threat to any Democrat running for President in 2008 and you're a fool if you think that relying on your liberal base is going to win you a national election, much less a local one (ask Ned Lamont).

You see, besides Republicans, there are moderate, conservative and independent voters who take something called national security very seriously. Instead of relying on the latest idiocy to come from Rosie O'Donnell's fat mouth, they understand that 9/11 was only 6 years ago, that Al Queda and all the other jihabists around the world will always a threat and the idea of coddling terrorists who have no problem killing innocent children isn't cool to them. So while they may not always agree with President Bush, they feel more comfortable with him leading or nation than they would a Democrat. Don't believe me, than all you have to do is remind yourself that Republicans have won 5 of the last 7 Presidential elections.

With that said, if I'm Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama I want John Kerry not only on a leash, but locked in the basement and chained to a heater, as soon as possible, at least until January 2008.
