Former Queen Of All Liberals Cindy Sheehan Admits To Being A 9/11 Truther

On the day before the 9th anniversary of the Sep. 11 terrorist attacks, Cindy Sheehan, the darling protester the media gave plenty of coverage to due to her opposition to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, spoke to a crowd at All Souls Church in Manhattan, stating that she is a 9/11 truther and believes it was an inside job. “I am a 9/11 truther”, Sheehan said. “I do believe it was an inside job.”


She continued, “We just don’t know – I don’t know – how far inside it went. But, you know, I’m sure Dick Cheney had something to do with it.” Her statements were met with a standing ovation from the crowd.


She also claimed that Barack Obama is doing everything he can to “protect the criminals of the Bush regime.”

Cindy Sheehan: what was once a courageous woman exploited by the Left while mourning the loss of her son has turned into a haphazard publicity stunt as well as a joke. Sad.

Thousands of protesters � many directing their anger squarely at President Barack Obama � marched through the nation's capital Saturday to urge immediate withdrawal of troops from Iraq and Afghanistan.

At least eight people, including activist Cindy Sheehan, were arrested by U.S. Park Police at the end of the march, after laying coffins at a fence outside the White House. Friday marked the seventh anniversary of the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq.

"Arrest that war criminal!" Sheehan shouted outside the White House before her arrest, referring to Obama.

At a rally before the march, Sheehan asked whether "the honeymoon was over with that war criminal in the White House" – an apparent reference to Obama – prompting moderate applause.

"Moderate applause"?!? Certainly she would've gotten a standing ovation if she said that about former President Bush. But then it wasn't too long ago that Cindy Sheehan was the Left's No. 1 heroine....that is, when Bush was in charge. But now that Barry's top dog, Sheehan gets no love from the loons...despite the fact that Barry's foreign policy stances have pretty much been the same as his predecessor. Imagine that.

Liberal Media Ignores Cindy Sheehan's Anti-Obama Protest

It's not that Cindy Sheehan isn't a lying, insane lunatic anymore. It's just funny how this one-time "grieving mother protesting the evil President" and heroine of the Left, is now literally ignored by the same people who put her on a pedestal now that she's going after Barry with the very same rants she once threw at former President Bush:

Anti-War protestor Cindy Sheehan, the so-called "Peace Mom" who rose to fame several years ago when she protested against the Iraq War outside former President Bush's Crawford, Texas ranch, was back at it again this week. But this time she was protesting President Obama's vacation in Martha's Vineyard.

"The reason I am here is because ... even though the facade has changed in Washington D.C., the policies are still the same," Sheehan said, according to AFP, at a rally/press conference outside the school where the press has set up shop on the island off the coast of Massachusetts. But Sheehan no longer has the following she once had, when thousands joined her in Crawford and across the country.

As CBS News White House producer Robert Hendin reports, there were was only a handful of people in her audience yesterday, in addition to the four speakers. There were more present from the media than there were protestors.

Cindy Sheehan To Run Against Nancy Pelosi For S.F. District Seat

A year to the date exactly after formally announcing her intention to challenge Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi for her seat in California's 8th district, Cindy Sheehan is officially on the ballot as a "Decline to State" candidate.

In order to qualify as an "Decline to State" candidate Sheehan was required to submit 10,198 signatures from registered voters in the district by August 8th, 2008; Sheehan's campaign collected close the double the amount of signatures needed and qualified before the deadline.

"Getting on the ballot is just the first victory for our campaign," says Sheehan

"I am even more convinced now than I was a year ago that the people of San Francisco are ready to lead the way to step outside of the dated two-party system and elect someone who truly represents San Francisco values, not party loyalties and criminal activities."

"San Francisco values"? Now there's a misnomer. Anyway, what with Pelosi's utter arrogance on the nation's oil issue of late, one can't help but to put feelings aside and root crazy Cindy on!

Sheehan vs. Pelosi Is Funny In Of Itself

Dinesh D'Souza is dead-on regarding the prospects of Cindy Sheehan challenging Nancy Pelosi:

Sheehan is driven by grief that seems to have turned into blind hatred. Having lost her son Casey in Iraq, she now calls Bush “the biggest terrorist in the world.” She alleges that “my son died for lies. George Bush lied to us and he knew he was lying.” In her book Not One More Mother’s Child she writes, “Our country has been taken over by murderous thugs…war criminals…a pack of cowards and murderers who lust after fortunes and power…by spreading the cancer of imperialism in the Middle East.”

Sheehan doesn't seem to realize that Pelosi’s hatred for Bush is no less fierce than hers. Pelosi just has a different, and more Machiavellian, strategy. Her strategy is to play the concerned grandmother while quietly stabbing Bush in the back. It’s essential for Pelosi to act like she’s not out to “get” the president. Nor does Pelosi want to do anything that looks like she’s unsupportive of the American troops. Sheehan doesn’t realize that Pelosi is doing what she can to destroy Bush while still trying to look patriotic and "above the fray."

While Pelosi is playing the politician’s game, Sheehan is following the logic of her convictions. If America is the source of most of the terrorism in the world, then the War on Terror should be fought against American foreign policy! If Bush is a terrorist, he should be treated like Osama Bin Laden! It should be noted here that if the premises are true, the conclusions are reasonable. In reality the premises are not true. That's what makes Cindy Sheehan and others on the far-left such crackpots. They are like the guy who thinks he's Napoleon and starts planning the conquest of Europe and Russia. If you're Napoleon these may be wonderful projects, but if you're not it's time to haul out the straightjackets.

Ordinarily I'd laugh off Cindy Sheehan's threat to take on Pelosi, but Pelosi represents the San Francisco area and there are just enough kooks in that district who might make Sheehan a serious candidate. I'd like to see Sheehan use some of her trademark bile on Pelosi. It's my favorite kind of brawl: the left vs. the far left. Run, Cindy, run!

Apparently somebody forgot to tell the Cindy Sheehan circus that you can't just diss Bush without getting a permit. Yesterday, her planned speech at Union Square was cut short by the NYPD who seized the audio equipment of event organizer Paul "Zool" Zulkowitz. The police say that Zulkowitz didn't have a permit to use a sound device and was given a summons. According to Indymedia reports, 60-70 people chased the police and chanted, "Police out of the park" and "Who's f-cking park? OUR f-cking park!" Sheehan was hustled out of the park quickly.

Granted, I could give a f-ck about the NYPD, but that doesn't mean that I can't give thanks when I see my tax dollars being put to good use.
