Liberal Scumbag Alan Grayson Compares Tea Party To KKK

The only thing Left for this forever-smirking, liberal scumbag is his own show on race-baiting MSNBC:

Florida Democratic Rep. Alan Grayson’s campaign sent out a fundraising email likening the tea party to the Ku Klux Klan, complete with an image of a burning cross.

The email, which went out to supporters yesterday, shows a burning cross — complete with images of two KKK-like figures in the background — used as the “T” in “tea party.” When users click on the image, they’re taken to a fundraising landing page for Grayson’s campaign.

The text of the email is an excerpt from an interview Grayson did with the Rev. Al Sharpton, in which he draws the tea party-KKK comparison.

“At this point, the tea party is no more popular than the Klan,” Grayson says in the interview.

The email praises Grayson’s bluntness and urges supporters to donate to his campaign.

“Congressman Alan Grayson deserves your support, like no one else,” the email says. “He, and only he, is saying the things that you are thinking, and so much need to be said.”

Matt Gorman, rapid response director for the National Republican Congressional Committee, denounced Grayson’s fundraising tactics.

“There’s no excuse for the hateful words and imagery used by Congressman Grayson,” he said in a statement. “House Democrats should swiftly and strongly condemn him and return the money he has raised for them. This hate-filled rhetoric has Americans fed up with Washington.”

No surprise here, coming from a woman who bit her whole style from anti-religious, fame-whore Madonna, whose consumers are mostly gay (or support homosexual behavior), who sleeps with women and who has promoted the myth that gays are "born that way":

Lady Gaga sang the national anthem at Pier 26 to kick off New York City’s gay pride celebration Friday night, changing some of its words to fit the occasion, The Blaze first reported.

Holding a rainbow flag, the performer sang, “O say does that star-spangled flag of pride yet wave,” then substituted “land of the free, and the home for the gay.”

On Wednesday, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down a federal provision that denied benefits to legally married same-sex couples and, in a separate case, cleared the way for California to resume offering marriage licenses to same-sex couples.

Lady Gaga posted a photo of herself in a wedding gown to her Twitter account Wednesday.

“We stand tall today.#DomaStruckDown So many fought for so long. Be proud, the prejudice are now the minority,” the singer tweeted.

First, great job as usual by Congressman West, keeping his cool while refusing to be baited into a social issue that means little to most Americans, but plenty to the lamestream media. Second, if Phillips had done her research she would've easily known that West is a master at taking on leftwing "journalists" who attempt to use their stage as a pulpit for pushing the radical liberal agenda. Third, the idea that in a struggling economy with rising gas prices and unemployment at 8.2%, most Americans are pulling their hairs in the kitchen stewing over gay marriage is really just laughable, esp. when you watch Phillips raise her voice to West for daring to call her liberal propaganda what it is: utter BS:

CNN Anchor Kyra Phillips hosted Rep. Allen West (R-FL) where he weighed in on the rumors that he is on a short list for vice president, the Trayvon Martin killing and President Obama’s health care law in the Supreme Court. The illuminating interview became heated when Phillips asked West to weigh in on gay marriage rights, at which point West accused Phillips of leading him down a “rabbit hole.”


“Gay marriage – a big issue. Do you think that is something the federal government should make a decision on,” asked Phillips.


“I think that when you look at who is issuing out marriage certificates, I think it’s a state’s issue,” West replied. “But I think right now there are a lot of people that try to take you down a rabbit hole to discuss things that really aren’t that important. The United States of America is $15.6 trillion in debt…”


“Wait, are you saying that is not important,” Phillips interrupted incredulously.


West responded, “I think if you poll the American people, Kyra, I don’t think they’re going to bring up gay marriage as one of their top concerns.” West went on to discuss what he believes is the top issue facing the nation – jobs and the economy.


Phillips agreed, but swiftly returned to the issue of gay marriage rights. “Gay marriage is a very big issue. I mean, you were military. Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell is no longer…”


West interrupted, “gay marriage is not as big as the gas prices. The gas prices from when President Obama came into office was $1.84. Gas prices are now over $3 dollars…”


Phillips and West engaged in some cross talk while West attempted to stay on the topic of the economy and Phillips sought to maneuver back to gay marriage. “I think the best thing that you can do to help me and help out America: let’s stay focused on the things that are critical to the American people right now, and not try to create some type of situation where you try to take me down into a rabbit hole,” said West.


“No, no, no, no, no – I’m not trying to do that,” responded Phillips.


“Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah – you are,” replied West.

Rep. Allen West: Yes, Obama Is The Food Stamp President

Col. Allen West, a Republican congressman from Florida, joined Fox & Friends Monday morning to talk about his state’s upcoming GOP primary, Congressional doings, and the President’s shortcomings.


Host Brian Kilmeade began the interview by asking West what Newt Gingrich had to do to win the primary in Florida. West suggested that the candidates channel Ronald Reagan, and ask the people if they’re better off now than they were three years ago.


“Start drawing the contrast with major economic factors,” West suggested, “like gas prices, a gallon of milk, even a carton of eggs. Things that the American people can understand.”


Kilmeade then asked about “race code” being used between Gingrich and Juan Williams at the GOP debate last week in South Carolina. He asked West if he heard the same thing, as an African-American.


There is no race code. It’s a fact. Since President Obama has been in the oval office, you’ve seen a 41% increase in food stamp recipients in the United States of America. We have a President that is making more Americans victims than victors.

Rep. Allen West Tells Eric Holder 'It's Not About Your Race, It's About Your Competence'

When all else fails, black liberals like Eric Holder love to play the race card. After all, when it comes to deflecting self-responsibility or blame for your own insidious actions, the oldest trick in the book to get white folks to back off you is to deem them as "racist". Good thing a black man who knows a thing or two about race like the great Allen West is here to tell us that he ain't having it:

Florida Republican Rep. Allen West told The Daily Caller on Monday that Attorney General Eric Holder’s use of the race card as a way to attack those who are criticizing him is “reprehensible.”


“I think this is absolutely the last card in the deck, and that shows how weak their ground is,” West said in a phone interview. “But, what that means is they want to make white individuals afraid of continuing to put the pressure on Eric Holder because they don’t want to be seen as racist, and that is something that we have got to move beyond.”


Holder had told The New York Times over the weekend, in a front page Sunday story, that he thinks those who are criticizing him have racial motivations to do so. Holder said some unspecified faction — what he refers to as the “more extreme segment” — is driven to criticize both him and President Barack Obama due to the color of their skin. Holder did not appear to elaborate on who he considered to make up the “more extreme segment.”


“This is a way to get at the president because of the way I can be identified with him,” Holder said, according to the Times. “Both due to the nature of our relationship and, you know, the fact that we’re both African-American.”


West said Holder can’t logically assign race as a motivation behind the criticisms for his handling of Operation Fast and Furious. “What Fast and Furious has to do with is misleading the Congress and the American people about what you knew about this program, and if you did not know anything about this program, then who’s in charge of the Department of Justice?” West said. “It has nothing to do with your race — it has everything to do with competence, with your character and with your ability to lead the Department of Justice.”


West said Holder’s use of race as a way to attack his critics is “the most insidious thing I ever heard.”


“I grew up in the United States military and it’s not about your color, it’s about your competence, it’s about your abilities to execute a mission,” West said. “If your commanding officer turns heat on you, it’s because you have failed to achieve the mission and I think what we’re doing is we’re looking at something that was a very horrible program — this Operation Fast and Furious.”

Rep. Allen West Blasts Fellow CBC Member’s Tea Party-Lynching Comment

On Thursday night’s The Factor, host Bill O’Reilly discussed the Congressional Black Caucus’ rhetoric concerning the Tea Party movement. He played an audio clip of a particularly provocative comment made by Indiana Congressman André Carson (D) in which he told an audience in Miami that members of Congress sympathetic to the Tea Party would “love to see you and me… hanging on a tree.”


Oh my. “Now using violent imagery with racial overtones to attack a political group is absolutely un-American,” said O’Reilly. “But Mr. Carson in unrepentant.” He brought on Florida Congressman Allen West, himself a Republican member of the Congressional Black Caucus, who felt “we don’t need that kind of incendiary talk” and he expressed this much in a letter to Missouri Congressman Emanuel Cleaver, chairman to the the Congressional Black Caucus.


O’Reilly’s theory is that such rhetoric is born out of the fear that black voters are not currently interested in re-electing Barack Obama in 2012 and, so, his opposition must be “demonized.” West agreed:


This is nothing but one of the tactics — I believe it’s rule number 13 out of Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals — where you pick a target, you freeze it, you isolate it, and you begin to attack it. And I think that’s one of the important things they’re trying to do.

If you're a black, liberal Democrat playing the race card never gets old.

Liberals Smearing Allen West With The 'Angry Black Man' Brush

In discussing his feud with Rep. Wasserman-Schultz, Rep. West stated on conservative commentator Mark Levin's radio show that "[t]he thing that really most aggravates me is that there's this double standard in that the people on the hard left can continue to attack conservatives and especially minority conservatives and female conservatives, but yet when all of a sudden you stand up and you say that you will not tolerate this anymore, then they claim to be a victim, which I find just absolutely laughable."


While Rep. West went a tad over-the-top in his response (he calls liberalism the "21st century plantation"), there is a larger issue here about racial and gender stereotypes of black men. Rep. West is being depicted as a buck-wild Mandingo type who must be tamed. The Daily Beast calls the married father of two daughters "volatile", and claims that he "hates women".


Meanwhile, Lois Frankel -- a liberal Democrat who is running against Rep. West - has set up a WestHatesWomen.com website, and associates Rep. West with domestic violence. Rep. Mike Honda (D-Calif.) compares Rep. West to the Koran-burning preacher, simply for expressing his views.


Letters to the local newspaper in Rep. West's district claim that Rep. West's verbal disagreement with Rep. Wasserman Schultz could lead to thuggery on Rep. West's part. Liberal commentator Keith Olbermann asserted on his new show that Rep. West may shoot someone "live on TV".

Rep. Allen West: Apology To Debbie Wasserman Schultz Not Happening, ‘Don’t Poke Me In The Chest’

For a minute there I thought West was going to cave to the loons, thank goodness I was wrong:

Republican Congressman Allen West spoke with Stuart Varney this morning on Fox Business’ Varney & Co. about the ongoing feud between him and fellow Florida House member Debbie Wasserman Schultz. West showed no remorse for his language in an e-mail calling Wasserman Schultz “vile” and “not a lady,” and promised about the possibility of any apology, “that’s not happening.”


West mentioned that there has been bad blood between the two Florida Representatives since Wasserman Schultz ordered a protest on his campaign headquarters, and he insisted “I do have the right to stand up and defend my honor.” With no retreat in mind, West explained why his remarks might be getting so much attention:


“There are certain ways that we speak in the military and I guess I have not learned the DC-insider talk that maybe some of these people are used to. Don’t poke me in the chest, that’s the bottom line to that exchange.”


As talk turned back to the deficit negotiations, West wasn’t as uncompromising, and acknowledged that now he might also be open to a short-term solution to get us over the hump of the August 2nd debt ceiling deadline. Yet now it seems everyone in the debt talks is put on warning: don’t poke West!

Rep. Allen West Stands by Email Calling Debbie Wasserman Schultz 'Vile, Despicable and Cowardly'

Even the lamestream media should know by now that Allen West is not one to mince words:

Republican Rep. Allen West of Florida is standing by an incendiary email he sent to a Democratic colleague after she criticized him in a speech on the House floor.


"I think it's important to stake my ground," West told Fox News when asked about his email to Florida Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee. "It was about enough is enough, and it's my right to say that. She is the one elevating this."


West's email called Wasserman Schultz "vile, despicable and cowardly" after she called into question his stance on Medicare during the debate over a spending cap and balanced budget bill before the House.


In her remarks on the House floor, Wasserman Schultz had said: "The gentleman from Florida, who represents thousands of Medicare beneficiaries, as do I, is supportive of this plan that would increase costs for Medicare beneficiaries. Unbelievable from a member from south Florida."


She was alluding to a GOP-backed bill to reduce the debt and amend the Constitution to require a balanced federal budget. The House later approved the bill 234-190, but it is unlikely to pass the Democratic Senate.


West, who is in his first term, wasn't shy about his online outburst. He sent his email to numerous lawmakers, as well as Wasserman Schultz and other congressional leaders. The subject line of the email: "Unprofessional and Inappropriate Sophomoric Behavior from Wasserman Schultz."


The e-mail said: "Look, Debbie, I understand that after I departed the House floor you directed your floor speech comments directly towards me. Let me make myself perfectly clear, you want a personal fight, I am happy to oblige. You are the most vile, unprofessional and despicable member of the US House of Representatives. If you have something to say to me, stop being a coward and say it to my face, otherwise, shut the heck up."


West also wrote that Wasserman Schultz has proven "that you are not a Lady" and "shall not be afforded due respect from me!" He said he was alerting House leaders to her "heinous characterless behavior."

Rep. Allen West: Obama’s Deficit Speech Displayed “Third World Dictator-Like Arrogance”

Republican Congressman Allen West spoke with Laura Ingraham today on her radio show and unleashed a series of tough remarks about President Obama. Declaring “they don’t want to hear the truth” about the deficit or Obama’s job performance, West didn’t hold anything back with his criticism of the administration and left Ingraham laughing along the way.


West described why the Obama administration was shocked by the S&P warning over the US deficit:


“They’re so used to having the cheering, adoring mainstream media that is nothing more than their own cast of cheerleaders, much the same as in an episode of Glee, and that’s what they appreciate more than having real individuals sitting back and assessing this economic situation.”


Ingrham agreed that Obama is in way over his head and joked if it’s not the set of The View, then his administration gets angry with anyone who questions them. Yet West was just warming up, next turning his focus to Obama’s deficit speech performance:


“What you continue to see is a third world dictator-like arrogance, that’s what I saw in that speech last week. And look, Laura, to borrow a phrase from Reverend Jeremiah Wright, the chickens are coming home to roost. . . . This whole talk about shared prosperity I mean that really gives me the goosebumps because I’m starting to believe that a community organizer is nothing but a low-level socialist agitator.”


With suggestions that Obama resembles both a third world dictator and a low-level socialist agitator, the comparisons themselves might leave one scratching their head, but there’s little doubt that West is fired up and rhetorically ready to take on Obama’s policies moving forward. No wonder some like Glenn Beck are hoping that West himself might run for President in 2012.

Allen West Calls Civil Rights Icon John Lewis A "Hypocrite"

That would be the same John Lewis who lied about being spat on by Tea Party activists, just shameful:

Civil Rights Icon John Lewis, admitting he didn’t know the facts of the case, proceeded to defend Charlie Rangel against his ethics violations by dredging up Rangel’s involvement in the Civil Rights movement. I guess the facts of the case or rather the actual ethics violations themselves don’t matter to John Lewis if you are one of his friends. Yet Allen West says that while he was being viciously attacked during his recent campaign, having his social security number mailed to all of his constituents and being accused of being a member of an all white motorcycle gang, that John Lewis came down and campaigned against him, supporting the man who was playing the race card and egregiously smearing him. West sees this as duplicitous and asks if instead of defending Charlie Rangel, Lewis should have stood on character.

West also has strong words for the Congressional Black Caucus that he criticizes for ‘preaching victimization and dependency’ while supporting ‘liberal social welfare policies that are failing in the black community’. 

It’s been a long time in coming, but I am so happy to see Allen West, a man of character and principle, not only taking on the Congressional Black Caucus but the liberal policies of the Left in his new capacity as a congressman. This will be a fight worth watching.

Black Republican Allen West Will Join Congressional Black Caucus

Allen West is coming to Washington with a message for the all-Democratic Congressional Black Caucus: He wants in.


West told POLITICO he’d “absolutely” be interested in joining the CBC. “That has been a monolithic voice in the body politic for far too long. There is a growing conservative black voice in this country,” West said, that needs to be represented in Washington.


West, of Florida, and Tim Scott of South Carolina will be the first two black Republicans to serve in Congress since J.C. Watts, who refused to join the CBC, and the first black GOP members from the Deep South since Reconstruction, but the two have different ideas about whether they should join the CBC, which hasn’t had a Republican member since Connecticut Rep. Gary Franks, who lost his seat in 1996.


“I haven’t really decided. I’m probably leaning against it at this point,” said Scott, whose 89-year-old grandfather was with him Tuesday night when he won a seat in South Carolina’s 1st District. “My experience has been the whole notion of one nation — so I really shy away things that create some kind of boundaries. ... It highlights the divisions I’ve been pushing forward to erase.”

That's right, we're not a monolithic voice.
