The Israelis Have Kidnapped Crazy Cynthia McKinney!

The Israeli navy intercepted and boarded a ship carrying pro-Palestinian activists and humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip on Tuesday in defiance of an Israeli blockade.

"No shots were fired during the boarding of the boat," the Israeli military said in a statement, adding the vessel was being taken to the Israeli Mediterranean port of Ashdod. "The boat crew will be handed over to the appropriate authorities."

The small ferry had set off from Cyprus with activists from the U.S.-based Free Gaza movement and humanitarian aid for Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, territory ruled by Hamas Islamists.

"Yesterday evening the Israeli navy contacted the boat while at sea clarifying that it would not be permitted to enter Gaza coastal waters because of security risks in the area, and the existing naval blockade," the military said.

"Disregarding all warnings given, the cargo boat entered Gazan coastal waters," the statement said, promising that humanitarian goods found on board would be transferred to the Gaza Strip "subject to authorisation".

On its web site, the Free Gaza movement said among the activists on the vessel, which it dubbed the Spirit of Humanity, were Irish Nobel peace prize laureate Mairead Maguire and former U.S. congresswoman Cynthia McKinney.

"We are outraged, they just stole our boat and kidnapped our people," said Greta Berlin, a representative of the movement in Cyprus.

Hey, not that I'd ever support Americans being kidnapped, but would anybody here be upset if they just....yunno, kept Cynthia?

Crazy Cynthia McKinney Is Running For President

I'd be lying if I said that I hadn't wondered what loony 'ol girl was up to these days and now I know:

MADISON, Wis. (AP) - A former Georgia congresswoman running for president on the Green Party ticket is making a campaign stop in the Capitol in Madison.

Cynthia McKinney's supporters include those who believe the United States was behind the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

McKinney says she is pushing a true peace agenda and advocating for radical common sense.

She is 1 of at least seven Green Party candidates for president.

McKinney served five terms in Congress but lost the 2006 Democratic Party primary after she had a scuffle with a Capitol Hill police officer.

So Cynthia's running for president and her support base are the insane 9/11 Truthers (how fitting)? Yeah, she has as much chance at being President one day as I do.

Time To Get Rid Of Cynthia McKinney

Good news coming out of Georgia. Race-baiter and cop beater Cynthia McKinney is facing a runoff in order to keep her seat in the House of Representatives.

ATLANTA, Georgia (TIME) -- Cynthia McKinney's reputation on Capitol Hill and elsewhere may have taken some shots in recent months. But in her Georgia district, the congresswoman known for testing, if not betraying, decorum enjoys solid support as she heads into the July 18 Democratic primary -- the only election that much matters in her heavily Democratic district.

The stream of controversy following McKinney spiked this spring when she was charged with punching a cop who, failing to recognize the congresswoman, physically restrained her after she bypassed Capitol security. It's not the first time security has challenged her credentials -- recurring mistakes that the African-American representative calls racist. (A jury declined to indict her after hearing witness testimony from four congressional aides.)

Getting rid of Cynthia McKinney would be a huge statement for the people of Georgia. It would send the message that they will no longer tolerate the sort of antics we've come to expect from an insane woman masking herself as a politican. The last straw being crying "racism!" after assaulting a Capitol police officer.

It is high time that we ignore efforts by liberal blacks to play the race card when they find themselves in hot water. This inappropriate playing of the race card is akin to the boy crying wolf: it reduces the visibility of actual racist incidents because Americans become desensitized to Blacks crying "Racism! Racism!" every time they find themselves in trouble. Having become an expert on crying wolf, it's time for voters to show Cynthia McKinney the door for good.
