We see this a lot at sporting events, but not a lot of it from the entertainment industry. When someone from Hollywood gets up and thanks God, especially at the Oscars, it makes headlines … which says volumes about Hollywood and the media.

What’s most interesting about this heartfelt gratitude towards God is the reaction it gets from the Academy audience, or more accurately, the lack thereof.

Latest Hollywood Homosexual Ellen Page Kissed Liberal Actress Drew Barrymore On The Lips Back In 2009

There's a reason I've always hated Drew Barrymore flicks. That said, Ellen Page, the latest Godless, Hollyweird liberal to "come out the closet" and declare that she likes to engage in same-sex intimate relationships, kind of clued us in on her love for girls back in 2009:

"Whip It" director Drew Barrymore and film star Ellen Page grace the cover of Marie Claire, give an interview and share a kiss in the October issue.
Drew told the magazine how great Page's body is:

"Ellen has such a beautiful body, and I personally battled with my own body image for years. I used to tell myself, 'You can't wear anything sleeveless or strapless.; And all of a sudden I was like, 'What if I just didn't send such negative messages to my brain and said, wear it and enjoy it?' And now I'm more comfortable in clothes than ever." 

Drew added, "She was in her frickin' bra and with an open jacket and hot-pink shorts, skating around the rink with red lips and... and she was sexy as a mother.... a feral creature. It was great.

How Godless, Social Liberalism Killed Actor Philip Seymour Hoffman

Philip Seymour Hoffman was one of the most talented actors of his generation, a leading man without leading-man looks, an actor whose magnetism onscreen sprang from intelligence and fervor rather than appearance. But his self-inflicted death is yet another hallmark of the broken leftist culture that dominates Hollywood, enabling rather than preventing the loss of some of its greatest talents. Libertarianism becomes libertinism without a cultural force pushing back against the penchant for sin; Hollywood has no such cultural force. In fact, the Hollywood demand is for more self-abasement, less spirituality, less principle, less standards.

No one knows what sort of demons plagued Seymour Hoffman. But without a sound moral structure around those in Hollywood who have every financial and talent advantage, the path to destruction is far too easy.

Academy of Motion Pictures Rescinds Oscar Nod for Christian Film’s Song

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) has announced that it is rescinding the Best Original Song Oscar™ nomination for “Alone Yet Not Alone,” from the film Alone Yet Not Alone, citing improper lobbying by the song’s composer, Bruce Broughton. There will be no replacement nominee selected, according to the Academy.


From AMPAS’ press release:

The decision was prompted by the discovery that Broughton, a former Governor and current Music Branch executive committee member, had emailed members of the branch to make them aware of his submission during the nominations voting period.
“No matter how well-intentioned the communication, using one’s position as a former governor and current executive committee member to personally promote one’s own Oscar submission creates the appearance of an unfair advantage,” said Cheryl Boone Isaacs, Academy President.

The press release goes on to describe the normal nominating process, whereby “all 240 voting members of the Music Branch received a Reminder List of works submitted in the Original Song category and a DVD copy of the song clips with film and song title only (additional information including composer and lyricist is not provided),” and were “asked to watch the clips and then vote in the order of their preference for not more than five nominees in the category.”

The song was performed by Joni Eareckson Tada, whose beaming face graced the coffee tables and bookshelves of seemingly every Evangelical Christian household in the late 70s, from the cover of her inspirational autobiography Joni. As a teenager, she was paralyzed from the neck down in a diving accident, but overcame the disability to become an accomplished artist and author. The bad news is that it’s impossible to tell how well the song would have done without Broughton’s thumb on the scale, but the publicity from the nomination, and its rescission, could boost the film’s wider release in June.

Director Kevin Smith Plots Film With 'Rapturing Giant Jesus' Destroying All Life on Earth

Filmmaker Kevin Smith wasn’t satisfied making a religion-bashing comedy in “Dogma,” or a religion-bashing gore film with overtones of David Koresh and Fred Phelps called “Red State.” The website Film School Rejects reports Smith has a new film in the planning stages.

It’s “the punnily-titled ‘Helena Handbag’....he’s currently writing the screenplay based off [his own podscast] SModcast called ‘The (C)rapture.” Does it sound like the wit is overflowing? The villain is a “rapturing giant Jesus” out to destroy the world as we know it:

As he describes it, Helena Handbag is a rapture flick with a twist on where the good people want to wind up when the world starts ending. That’s because in this version of the end of days, mankind teams up with Hell to stop a vengeful, Rapturing giant Jesus from destroying the world and causing the extinction of all earthly existence. Smith smartly reasons on the podcast that the budget is probably going to be low for this production because people are probably going to hesitate getting their names getting attached to this script. 

Still, more offensive and far-fetched ideas have made it to theaters. It would also be a satisfying conclusion to the end of Red State that never was; Smith has stated before that he originally wanted the film to end with an actual (bloody) rapture after the trumpet heralds, rather than just a fakeout messing with the vastly devout family. If anything, the premise of the film is going along with Smith’s filmmaking motto, that “from now until I drop dead, I’m only ever gonna make a flick that only I would/could ever make.” Sounds about right.

Move over, Orson Welles.

"Red State" never ended up for a stay in theaters (it made a brief appearance in a few cities), but went direct to On Demand. This doesn't exactly sound like a "mainstream" film, either. It sounds like Smith is never going to grow up out of adolescent ennui.

Racist, Porn Star Dating, Horrible Dad and Total Miscreant Charlie Sheen Has The Nerve To Bash 'Duck Dynasty' Star Phil Robertson

This is a guy who has been caught using the n-word in the past, who constantly berates the various mother of his kids, who dates porn stars/whores on the regular and who just got fired from a popular TV show for being a total malcontent. In other words it's like Charles Manson criticizing Pope Francis:

Charlie Sheen is now slamming Phil Robertson for his anti-gay views. Sheen took to Twitter on Sunday to address the patriarch, who has been under fire for his anti-gay remarks.

Writes Sheen:

who DO NOT have the voice or the outreach that I do. ....

Meanwhile, Robertson, who issued a statement standing by what he said in GQ, is staying true to himself. The reality show star and church elder led a small Bible study group in his West Monroe, La., church on Sunday, and the MailOnline was there.

Robertson defended himself and declared, 'I will not give or back off from my path," reports the site. He also noted that this is not the "first time" he has given his views on sin. And he added, "I love all men and women. I am a lover of humanity, not a hater."

After his Bible study group, Robertson joined the rest of the congregation for a church service. Robertson's son, Alan, led part of the proceedings and made reference to the attention the family has been getting. "Well we've had a quite a quiet week, shot some ducks, done some shopping, ignited a national controversy," he said.

Hollywood Celebrity Hypocrites of 2013

I'm annoyed that so many Hollywood celebrities hate the system that made them rich.

Actor/comedian Russell Brand told the BBC he wants "a socialist, egalitarian system based on the massive redistribution of wealth." 

Director George Lucas got rich not just from movies but also by selling Star Wars merchandise. Yet he says he believes in democracy but "not capitalist democracy."

Actor Martin Sheen says, "That's where the problem lies ... It's corporate America." And so on. On my TV show, actor/author Kevin Sorbo pointed out that such sentiments make little sense coming from entertainers. "It's a very entrepreneurial business. You have to work very hard to get lucky, mixed with any kind of talent to get a break in this business. I told Clooney, George, you're worth $100 million -- of course you can afford to be a socialist!"

It's bad enough that celebrities trash the only economic system that makes poor people's lives better. What's worse is that many are hypocrites.

Celebrities who support big-government politicians routinely take advantage of tax breaks, which reduce the amount they contribute to that government.

It's nice that Obama supporter Bon Jovi has a foundation that builds houses for poor people, but at tax time, the musician labels himself a "farmer." He pays only $100 in state property tax. And his tax dodge gimmick: raising honeybees. 

Bruce Springsteen sings about factories closing down but pays little tax on the hundreds of acres of land he owns. His dodge: An organic farmer works his land. Hollywood's campaign to "save the earth" brings out the most hypocrisy.

Actor Leonardo DiCaprio recently announced, "I will fly around the world doing good for the environment." 

Really? Flying around the world? 

I'm amazed they're not embarrassed by what they say. Maybe they don't know how clueless they are because reporters rarely confront them about their hypocrisy.

46-Year-Old Hollywood Actress Maria Bello Comes "Out" As A Lesbian

Of course, regarding this story, there will be no articles by the mainstream press on how a 46yo woman suddenly waking up to being "gay" contradicts the "born this way" movement--a tactic used so prevalently (and successfully) by gays to equate themselves to race and the civil rights movement. But hey, why let a little fact like that get in the way of the continual Godless, indoctrination by the Hollywood Left and their cohorts in the media to make homosexuality normal. And if you're a young, naive girl growing up in morally bankrupt America, you too can start to look at your BFF in a sexually demonic way:

Maria Bello has come out as gay and has a girlfriend.

The "A History of Violence" actress wrote about telling her 12-year-old son Jackson that she was romantically involved with a woman he knew, Clare.

She revealed her sexuality in a piece entitled "Coming Out as a Modern Family," in Friday's New York Times.

The revelation was prompted by her son innocently asking her if there was something she wasn’t telling him, leading to his becoming curious about her love life.

“He was right; I was with someone romantically and I hadn’t told him. I had become involved with a woman who was my best friend, and, as it happens, a person who is like a godmother to my son,” wrote the "Coyote Ugly" star.

She reflected on the moment she realized her feelings for Clare, looking through photos and journals in her garden.

“I came across a black-and-white one of my best friend and me taken on New Year’s Eve,” wrote Bello, “We looked so happy, I couldn’t help but smile. I remembered how we had met two years before; she was sitting in a bar wearing a fedora and speaking in her Zimbabwean accent.”

Liberal Hollywood Covers Up Plague of Animal Abuse

According to an in-depth and potentially game-changing expose' in The Hollywood Reporter, the credit  you see at the end of movies and television shows that reassures with "No Animals Were Harmed," is nothing close to reliable. Corruption, cover-ups, and outright dishonesty plague an American Humane Association (AHA) that has apparently allowed itself to be co-opted by a Hollywood that is much more concerned with getting it on film than protecting innocent animals.

THR's reporting is filled with report after report of individual animal abuse and horrifying negligence. Dead horses (HBO's Luck, Spielberg's War Horse), punched dogs (Disney's Eight Below), squashed chipmunks (Paramount's Failure to Launch), exploded fish (Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean), etc. Most damning, though, are the statistics surrounding enforcement. Because there doesn’t seem to be any.
  
In California, AHA monitors are licensed law enforcement officials. If they witness any kind of animal abuse or negligence, this means they have the power to make arrests or issue citations. According to THR, not a single citation has been issued in over thirty years. Not one over 35,000 productions.

The conflicts of interest between Hollywood and the regulators charged with looking out for the welfare of animals involved in film and television production is literally impossible to believe:

Charges of improper coziness between the AHA and the entertainment business have been raised before. The arrangement by which the Film & TV Unit’s budget has been mostly financed — through what is currently a $2.4 million grant administered by two trade groups, the recently merged SAG-AFTRA actors’ union and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers via its shared Industry Advancement and Cooperative Fund — long has been criticized for the inherent conflict of interest present in Hollywood bankrolling its regulator. (The IACF is endowed as part of the producers’ obligation to the actors’ union.)

This unique compact, in which a nonprofit has taken on the role of a regulator of industry in lieu of more traditional, government oversight — and therefore is not subject to public disclosure laws, allowing its work to mostly remain shrouded in secrecy — means the AHA is accountable only to Hollywood itself. 

According to THR's sources (current and former AHA employees; leaked documents and emails), this coziness has resulted in more than just looking the other way; cover ups are standing operating procedure and one AHA official alleges she was fired for attempting to protect animals from mistreatment on the set of the HBO series Luck. 

Naturally, the AHA disputes almost all of this, but what they do not dispute is that the "No Animals Were Harmed" disclaimer is awarded to films where animals were in fact harmed. What the disclaimer really means, according to the AHA, is that no animals were "intentionally hammed" or injured while cameras were rolling.

Just when you thought Miley couldn’t possibly have any more stunts up her sleeve, she pulls a blunt out of her purse.

Last night at the MTV EMAs in Amsterdam, Netherlands, the 20-year-old one-woman wrecking ball stunned the crowd and the viewing audience of millions by celebrating her “Best Video” award by taking out a joint from her purse and lighting up. 

The gesture was a nod to marijuana’s semi-legal status in the host country (possession of small amounts does not lead to arrest), but the act was nevertheless too hot to handle for MTV America who edited the entire sequence out of their delayed telecast.

Katy Perry's Ex-Husband Russell Brand Admits To Having Had Sex With Men

CONTROVERSIAL comedian Russell Brand has admitted to having sex with a man in a bar toilet, purely for a television show. 
 
Brand made the confession to fellow comic Richard Herring during a podcast interview.

Brand told how he performed the act as it was filmed for a TV documentary series when he was a heroin addict.

He said: "I w***** off a man in a toilet. I thought, ‘I think of myself as heterosexual but perhaps that’s ‘cause of the environment that I grew up in where homosexuality may have been difficult for me to express.’”

The show - called RE:Brand - was aimed at exploring social taboos, said Brand.

"I trawled around Soho going to various gay bars, gay gyms trying to pick people up with a film crew.

"I went in this pub and I goes: ‘Anyone want me to w*** them off?’ And this bloke goes, ‘Yep’. Like as if I was saying: ‘Does anyone want a packet of crisps from the bar.’"

He said: "So we goes to the lavvy - me, him, the director - and he gets his willy out. And it was not nice. The phallus is... I like mine and you see some others in paintings that look all right but his looked like a rag.

"And we're in the toilet with the director standing there filming me and he goes, ‘I think it would be easier if I was able to touch yours’. I thought ‘F****** hell mate, do us a favour!’ And the director goes: 'Go on Russell it would be funny.’

In an industry dominated by the white, morally-bankrupt, liberal, elite, conservatives actors know that they are risking their livelihoods when speaking out against liberal terrorism:

Actor James Woods, one of the few outspoken, persistent critics of the Obama Administration in Hollywood realizes that he’s jeopardizing his career given the suffocating left-wing political correctness that so dominates the entertainment industry.

After calling out President Obama for his rank hypocrisy in closing down the World War II Memorial but allowing a protest of illegal aliens to occur at the “closed” National Mall, Woods acknowledged he was jeopardizing his future by condemning Obama as a “true abomination.”

“I don’t expect to work again,” Woods said on Twitter after being asked if he was putting his career at risk. “I think Barack Obama is a threat to the integrity and future of the Republic. My country first.” 

This is not the first time that Woods has criticized Obama. This past July, he condemned the president for increasing racial resentment and not encouraging work as the only path from poverty.

“ALL youth of every heritage in this country would benefit from jobs and manageable student loans, NOT a bloated Welfare State,” he said on Twitter after Obama claimed that he had witnessed people lock their doors when he approached them simply because he was a black man.

“The only reason people lock their car doors when Obama walks by is they are afraid he'll tax them to death...” he continued.

Kudos to Woods for being brave enough to speak up about his views despite the very real risk that he’s ended up on the left’s blacklist.

Hollywood Porn Season Opens: 10 Sleazy Fall Flicks

Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s latest flick, “Don Jon,” asks the question: Which type of movie gives viewers more unrealistic expectations: chick flicks or porn? The fact that “Don Jon” is one of the tamer, more mainstream offerings among this fall’s movie crop goes to show, expectations aside, there’s far less difference between porn and other genres than there used to be.

And we’re in the middle of what may be the porniest movie season ever. Simply put, if graphic, seedy, dysfunctional sex doesn’t sound like a fun night at the movies, there isn’t much for you at the cinema right now. A spate of new Hollywood movies has sex as either the main focus or integral to the plot: sex with minors, porn addiction, sex addiction, graphic gay and lesbian sex – even necrophilia.


#1. “Don Jon”: So yes, “Don Jon, due out September 27, may have a more mainstream appeal by starring Gordon-Levitt and Scarlett Johansson. Mainstream that is, for a flick whose pivotal scene occurs when co-star Johansson walks in on Gordon-Levitt’s character as he masturbates.

Gordon-Levitt plays Jon Martello, who introduces himself by saying, “There’s only a few things I really care about in life. My body, my pad, my ride, my family, my church, my boys, my girls, and my porn.”

“Porn’s fine,” Gordon-Levitt explained in a Daily News America interview. "I'm aware that it can be hateful toward women. It can be addictive. It can get ugly. But it's only damaging if you allow it to be.”

As far as the film’s purpose, Gordon-Levitt compared, “the idea of a guy, who watches too much pornography,” to “a young woman, who watches too many romantic Hollywood movies” for “a hilarious way to ask the question: How do the different kinds of media we consume impact our lives and our love lives?”

# 2. “Blue Is The Warmest Color”: Nobody would ever mistake another of the fall’s movies as “hilarious.” The French lesbian film was earnest enough to win the Cannes Film Festival’s Palme d’Or award and aims for an Oscar. The NC-17 movie – a nice way of describing porn – captures the story of 15-year-old Adèle (Adèle Exarchopoulos) who falls for blue-haired college student Emma (Léa Seydoux).

The film, advertised by Publisher’s Weekly as an “elegantly impassioned love story,” features a 10 minute graphic sex scene that required 10 days of shooting in the nude with prosthetics. (And hey, what’s not to like about indulging in one day to perfect a minute?) But then, Exarchopoulos and Seydoux delved into their roles from the beginning, masturbating each other their first day of acting together.

(One thing the critics won’t say amidst their praise: while Adèle meets the age of consent in France, her relationship in the Unites States constitutes as statutory rape.)

Besides the sex, Director Abdellatif Kechiche forced Seydoux to punch her co-star. In the process, Exarchopoulos began crying and bleeding “everywhere.” Seydoux tried unsuccessfully to comfort her, Exarchopoulous explained, for when “she tried to stop my nose from running and [Kechiche] screamed, “No! Kiss her! Lick her snot!”

Despite their instantaneous fame, 28-year-old Seydoux and 19-year-old Exarchopoulos bashed Kechiche for feeling “trapped” in their roles as well as “embarrassed” and “ashamed.”

Seydoux told the Daily Beast, “Well, thank god we won the Palme d’Or, because it was so horrible. So now it’s cool that everyone likes the film and it’s a big success.” But the film wasn’t all bad, as Exarchopoulos explained to The Star: “It’s about love, first love, and everything that comes into it. It’s a love story, but afterwards if we could change things in the mentality of people, that would be so cool.”

#3. “Child of God”: Maybe James Franco is trying to change things in the mentality of people about necrophilia – or sex with dead people – with “Child of God,” which premiers on September 29.

Based on Cormac McCarthy’s 1973 novel, ”Child of God” follows Southerner Lester Ballard (Scott Haze) during his mad conquests of necrophilia and murder – or, as the teaser described “a child of God, much like yourself perhaps.”

Franco told the Daily Beast how Ballard “date[s] with one of these bodies, and the motions that he goes through aren’t any different from any romantic comedy, but he’s animating both sides of the relationship with his imagination.” Franco called the film a “character study,” something “that’s fascinating, and it’s a way to do what movies should do—talk about the human condition.”

"It's a little strange to admit but there's something about necrophilia — I don't want to sound like a weirdo — but the art was very interesting to me," Franco told USA Today. He later admitted, “I know I chose a difficult subject, but I want people to like it. I don't want to push the audience away.”

What’s not to like, even if Franco left out the minute details, such when Ballard encounters a dead couple in a car and, after buying a “first date” outfit, “wildly raped” the woman – or how he later scampers off to kill the new owner of his house while wearing a victim’s scalp and lipstick.

Franco perfected his necrophilia filming while directing a similar project during his time at NYU.

But, hey, that didn’t bug Hollywood, which has a thing for Franco’s antics, beginning this year with “Spring Breakers,” when Franco’s drug dealer persona joined in on a threesome.

# 4. “Palo Alto”: That’s not even the end of Franco for this fall. Starring in Gia Coppola’s “Palo Alto,” Franco transforms into a soccer coach and proves age discrepancy isn’t just a French obsession by seducing high-school student April, played by Emma Roberts. In the film, based on a book penned by Franco, he explains to April, “I’m older and I know that there aren’t a lot of good things around. And I know that you are really good.” Creepy.

#5. “A Teacher”: Hollywood is nothing if not an equal opportunity sleaze peddler. So “A Teacher” (September 6) reverses “Palo Alto’s” gender roles as a high-school teacher sleeps with her male student.

#6. “Adore,” with its beautiful sea-side scenery, offers a respite from Hollywood’s terror – until bikini-clad Robin Wright and Naomi Watts strut through the pseudo-incest plot. Childhood best friends Roz (Wright) Lil (Watts) sleep with each other’s sons in Anna Fontaine’s film, which also hit theaters September 6. The “love” story explodes when Lil’s son Ian sleeps with Roz, and Roz’s son, Tom, retaliates by sleeping with Lil.

The characters couldn’t express more pleasure at the situation with Lil admitting, “I don’t want to stop. I don’t see why we have to,” because “I can’t remember being this happy.” Roz acknowledged, “I know.”

Their surfer sons show no remorse either when Ian stands up from the table on the porch and Roz asks, “Where are you going?” Ian responds, “To your room,” as Tom proposes to Lil, “See you at yours.”

#7. “Afternoon Delight” features another mom behaving badly. In theaters August 30, it tells the story of a stay-at-home mom, Rachel (Kathryn Hahn), who drags her husband (Jeff Radnor) to the strip club in an effort to “fix” their sex life when a friend suggests, “You ever been to a strip club? We go there, we get all hot, and then we bang each other when we get home.” The perfect romantic evening, of course.

After a lap dance from a young stripper (Juno Temple), Rachel, later in the movie, offers the 19-year-old a home and nanny job in an effort to “save” her – or perhaps, live vicariously.

#8. “Concussion” offers more women obsession as a character transforms from lesbian housewife to hooker via a concussion. Robin Weigert, playing the key role, explained the film’s meaning: “It’s like – a little bit like – there’s an inner hooker in everyone,” such as “In terms of when you want to stray or when your eyes wandering because your marriage is no longer satisfying.” She asked, “You’re committing that act in some form, aren’t you?” Or, in other words the world is one giant strip club.

Revealing some of the film’s content, Weigert detailed, “I’ve never played a character who had sex on screen I don’t think before this.” She continued, “It was really new territory for me in that sense, and there would be a lot of it.” Nothing like on-the-job training.

#9. “Kill Your Darlings”: From lesbians to gays. October 16’s “Kill Your Darlings” which stars Daniel Radcliffe (perhaps better known as Harry Potter) as American “Beat” poet Allen Ginsberg as a young college student. The camera not only shows Ginsberg as he masturbates, but also as he hooks up with an older guy he meets at a bar.

No big deal to Harry Potter. Radcliffe explained to MTV, “"For me, there's something very strange about that because we see straight sex scenes all the time. We've seen gay sex scenes before. I don't know why a gay sex scene should be any more shocking than a straight sex scene. Or both of them are equally un-shocking.”

#10. “Thanks For Sharing”: A feel-good romantic comedy about sex addiction? “Thanks for Sharing,” in theaters Sept. 20, follows recovering sex addicts as they share struggles with a 12-step group – and stars big names Mark Ruffalo and Gwyneth Paltrow.

So this fall, Hollywood’s given free reign to its chief obsession. Whether it’s dolled up as “art” like “Blue is the Warmest Color” or aiming for a cheap, feel-good laugh like “Don Jon,” Tinsel Town’s lack of creative imagination makes it seem like writers, producers and directors have no choice but to return to sex again and again. Luckily, audiences do have a choice.

‘Black Tim Tebow’: Giants Star Prince Amukamara Says He’s Still a Virgin

Giants starting cornerback Prince Amukamara said in an interview with Muscle & Fitness that he’s never had a drink in his life and he remains a virgin. A devout Catholic, Amukamara said he has been called “the black Tim Tebow” by peers.

“I grew up Catholic, so it just started out as one of those things,” Amukamara told the magazine. “I’d think, ‘If I do this, maybe I can get to heaven,’ so I said no drinks, no sex, all the big things. As I grew up, I realized that’s not what it’s about. It’s about having a relationship with Jesus. It’s not about ‘Don’t do this.

Don’t do that.’ But still, it’s just one of those things I haven’t done, and I don’t see any benefit to doing it.”

Amukamara, 24, said he told his fiancé Pilar Davis that he might have his first alcoholic beverage at his bachelor party, but he’s not sure.

The two met at a New York City nightclub SL two years ago and Amukamara was “drawn to her,” but hesitant about actually making a move. He had to be spurred on by then-teammates Corey Webster and Aaron Ross to strike up a conversation.

“They were like, ‘Go say something to her!’” Amukamara said. “And they were cheering me on. She thought we were all rowdy and drunk and she didn’t pay us any attention. Then, later, I was waiting for Ahmad [Bradshaw] and she came by and we struck up a conversation. I asked her for her e-mail address because when someone asks for your number, it might be too personal and you might not want to give it. But if you ask for their e-mail address, they’ll give it. I was right.”

Amukamara, who is of Nigerian descent, still goes out clubbing with friends and teammates, though he doesn’t partake in drinking. He says he enjoys dancing and gets “high off of everyone else’s high.”

As far as women, the third-year player out of the University of Nebraska doesn’t even tell them he’s a football player. When he meets a girl, he claims to be a construction worker. And he told Davis when they met that he was a manager at the Gap.

“She’s from Sacramento, and if you remember [two years agp], we had to go to San Francisco to play them for the conference championship, so if I wanted her to visit me while I was out there, I’d have to tell her what I did,” Amukamara said. “So two days later, I said ‘Hey, I play for the Giants.’ She thought I meant San Francisco Giants. That’s when I thought she might be a keeper.”
