MSNBC Race-Baiter Chris Matthews Ignores History, Says Only White People Can Be "Racist"

"Tingles" just foolishly let the whole MSNBC business plan out the bag with this one:

MSNBC Chris Matthews has a sociological lesson for conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh. After playing a clip of Limbaugh identifying racial antipathy in comments made by a pastor who spoke in front of President Barack Obama, Matthews took Limbaugh to school on the definition of racism. He said that racism, by definition, is the belief that white people alone should “rule” all other races. This is a “definition” unknown to students of global racial conflict.

Rev. Luis León presided over Easter Sunday services attended by President Obama recently, and has taken fire from the right for suggesting that racial hatred lurks in the hearts of conservatives. 

During his radio show, Limbaugh agreed with a caller who suggested that León was merely following the president’s lead in accusing the right of latent racism.

“Actually, Rushbo, racism is the belief that one race – whites — should rule all others,” Matthews confidently declared. “Get your definitions straight.”

While the history of racial discrimination by whites against minorities in the United States and around the world is voluminous and ongoing, racism and racially motivated violence is by no means a phenomenon limited to white people. 

On every populated continent on earth, racially motivated discrimination is an ongoing problem: Malaysian schools discriminating against Chinese students, Indian Hindus discriminating against Muslims, Zimbabwean militias ransacking white-owned farms, Libyan rebels targeting black residents, Israeli Jews discriminating against Palestinians, et cetera. 

And these are just the presently raging across the globe, to say nothing of the tragic history of racial violence around the world. And this is purely ethnic, to say nothing of religious intolerance fueling global discord and complicating international relations. 

Matthew’s claim that white people are the sole practitioners of racism is plainly, almost proudly, ignorant. Furthermore, such a statement suggests a lack of intellectual rigor or even curiosity about the nature of global conflict. At the very least, statements like these do not serve the audience of a news program.

Former Al Sharpton Linchpin Tawana Brawley Still Refuses To Pay For Rape Lie

While the liberal media continues to cover for all of MSNBC host Al Sharpton's great sins of the past, conservatives can well recall one of his greatest trespasses. That of adviser and mentor to Tawana Brawley, the young, black woman who falsely accused a group of white men of abducting and then raping her back in 1987. The case brought national media attention and racial tension to the New York City's tri-state area. But after a grand jury refused to indict the men, including Steven Pagones, then a prosecutor with the Dutchess County’s District Attorney’s Office, Pagones later filed and won a slander lawsuit against Brawley, Sharpton and her attorneys, C. Vernon Mason and Alton Maddox. Brawley, now a registered nurse living in Virginia, owes Pagones $431,492 after she lost a defamation lawsuit more than a decade ago and yet, she still refuses to pay a dime to a man whose life she basically ruined:

A disbarred lawyer for a black New York teen who falsely accused six white men of rape in 1987, says her wages shouldn't be garnished to pay a defamation award. 

Tawana Brawley's former lawyer, Alton Maddox, said in a letter to state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman that Steven Pagones, a former prosecutor who won a defamation suit in 1997 after Brawley falsely claimed he was one of the men who attacked her in 1987, should not get money from garnishing Brawley's wages from her nursing job, the New York Post reported Sunday.

"New York and Virginia have conspired to deprive her of property without due process of law," Maddox's letter, which he posted on his Web site, reads. Brawley, who now goes by the name Tawana Vacenia Thompson Gutierrez, works at a licensed nurse at a nursing home in Virginia.

"The things he's saying on his Web site are outright lies. It's ludicrous," said Pagones. 

Pagones got a court order in January to collect on his defamation award.

Brawley was ordered in 1997 to pay $190,000 at 9 percent interest annually. She hadn't paid any of it before the garnishment order, and her bill currently amounts to $431,492, the Post reported. 

Brawley's wages from her employment as a licensed nurse in a nursing home are being garnished at $150 per week, but Pagones still has not gotten any of it as the money is being held in escrow, giving Brawley an opportunity to file an appeal, the Post reported.

Commentator Rob Parker has been suspended indefinitely by ESPN after he questioned Robert Griffin III's blackness on the television show "First Take" on Thursday.

“Following yesterday’s comments Rob Parker has been suspended until further notice,” ESPN spokesman Mike Soltys said. “We are conducting a full review.”

Parker apparently did not think that there would be any repercussions for his racially charged remarks, which included him asking whether Griffin was a "brother" or a "cornball brother."

Parker responded to a tweet Thursday which said "Good luck in your next line of work!" by writing: "Typical silly response. Watch me on First Take tomorrow and Sat.#pleze."

Parker has not tweeted since his suspension was announced.

Parker questioned Griffin's racial identity because the Washington Redskins star is engaged to a white woman and may be a Republican.

“He’s black, he kind of does his thing, but he’s not really down with the cause; he’s not one of us,” Parker said. “He’s kind of black, but he’s not really the kind of guy you want to hang out with 'cause he’s off to something else.”

Griffin's father, Robert Griffin II, weighed in on Parker's comments on Thursday.

“I wouldn’t say it’s racism," he told USA Today. "I would just say some people put things out there about people so they can stir things up.”

Jehmu Greene Calls Tucker Carlson A ‘Bow-Tying White Boy,’ Megyn Kelly Apologizes

On Thursday, America Live host Megyn Kelly brought Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson and Fox News contributor Jehmu Greene on to discuss Massachusetts Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren’s claims to having Cherokee heritage in her background. When Greene called Carlson a “bow-tying white boy,” the panel turned heated. At the end of her program, Kelly apologized for Greene’s comments.


Kelly asked if everyone could have a laugh about Warren’s claims, but Greene defended Warren saying that the current chief of the Cherokee nation is only 3 percent Cherokee. She continued, saying that Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA) and the Massachusetts’s media’s response to the controversy has been mildly misogynistic.


“You see Scott Brown really questioning her qualifications because he has to appeal to white, working-class voters who feel marginalized because of affirmative action,” said Greene. “This smells real stank to women who do not like being called on their qualifications.”


Carlson and Kelly continued to laugh off the episode. “It’s so offensive and dumb,” said Carlson of Warren’s response to the controversy. “But leaving that aside, it does provide a window into a system that is fundamentally corrupt that awards people based on their DNA.”


Greene said that questioning Warren on her qualifications, as she insists Brown has done in the wake of this controversy, “is going to appeal to folks like you, voters like you: bow-tying white boys.”


Carlson took offense to Greene’s characterization of him as a “bow-tying white boy,” and said “you can use name calling all you like.” Greene protested that she did not call anyone a name.


Kelly said that Harvard University, Warren’s employer, touted her minority status when they were questioned on whether they had employed a diverse range of professors. “That is not how she got the job,” said Greene. “How do you know,” replied a laughing Carlson. “You don’t know how she got the job. You know nothing about this.”


Kelly returned at the end of her program to offer Carlson and her audience an apology for the incident:

Well, earlier in the program, Jehmu Greene was here and she called Tucker Carlson an inappropriate name. I want to apologize to Tucker and/or our viewers for that. I wasn’t sure I heard what I thought I heard and now we have confirmed it was that. It was not consistent with our standards and I do apologize on behalf of the program.

White Liberals Call For Lynching of Clarence Thomas

I recently took a two-day trip down to Palm Springs to attend an event called “Uncloaking the Kochs” hosted by Common Cause. Accompanied by my dear friend, former assembly candidate Alvaro Day, I traveled as an independent investigative journalist, and not in any official capacity on behalf of Big Government or Breitbart.com (though I was pleasantly surprised to run into a familiar friend of mine on rollerblades jovially inviting everyone to Applebee’s).


Among Common Cause’s, well, common causes, are campaign finance reform, net neutrality, outlawing the filibuster, promoting cap and trade, and in this particular case, herding a mass of protesters outside a nearby hotel to yell at Charles and David Koch for being conservative and rich.


Unfortunately several “haves” have missed the memo that you’re not to be both rich and conservative at the same time, and that bankrolling your pet causes is an extra no-no if you’re conservative—thus exempting left-wing billionaire philanthropists George Soros (from whom Common Cause has received $2 million over the past eight years) Peter Lewis, John Doerr, Julian Robertson, Nicolas Berggruen, and many others from being yelled at too.


At the morning panel event featuring UCI Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky, activist Jim Hightower, Center for American Progress journalist and “Koch Brothers expert” Lee Fang, California Nurses Association co-president DeAnn McEwan, and President Obama’s former green jobs czar Van Jones, we were forewarned of the impending demise of both the environment and democracy at the hands of corporate lobbyists and their government shills.


There was eerily no mention of GE, AEP, Goldmann Sachs, Pfizer, Aetna, Alcoa, Xerox, Google, Motorola, IBM, or several other corporate giants who profit at taxpayer expense via their K Street connections to the Obama White House as well as the very economic and regulatory policies they lobby that these Common Cause panelists commonly endorse. But I’m sure that’s only because no one wanted to point out the obvious. Right?


We were then ushered outside to the parking lot across from the hotel in which the Koch brothers were holding a meeting, whereupon we were encouraged to yell at the building, decrying not only the Kochs, but Justices Clarence Thomas and Antonin Scalia for their Citizens United ruling. Oh, and Fox News while we were at it.

Black Republicans Demand Obama 'Bus' Apology

Black Republican leaders are demanding that President Barack Obama apologize for what they consider a racially insensitive remark that he made on the campaign trail this weekend.

During a campaign swing the president said, "We don't mind the Republicans joining us. They can come for a ride, but they gotta sit in back."

Dr. Timothy F. Johnson, the black Republican who heads the National Black Republican Association, told Newsmax in an e-mail Wednesday that Obama should immediately apologize for the offensive reference to the Jim Crow era.

"Once again the president is perpetuating the racism that exists, and [is] portrayed by the so-called Civil Rights organizations and their leaders," Johnson stated.

"Americans are sick and tired of these divisive statements the president continues to make," he added. "Our first objective is November 2, 2010.

"Next is to find the next president of the United States, and retire President Obama to Chicago, Hawaii, or Kenya in Nov. 2012," stated Johnson.

In emotional and personal testimony, an ex-Justice official who quit over the handling of a voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party accused his former employer of instructing attorneys in the civil rights division to ignore cases that involve black defendants and white victims. 

J. Christian Adams, testifying Tuesday before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, said that "over and over and over again," the department showed "hostility" toward those cases. He described the Black Panther case as one example of that -- he defended the legitimacy of the suit and said his "blood boiled" when he heard a Justice official claim the case wasn't solid. 

"It is false," Adams said of the claim. 

"We abetted wrongdoing and abandoned law-abiding citizens," he later testified. 

The department abandoned the New Black Panther case last year. It stemmed from an incident on Election Day in 2008 in Philadelphia, where members of the party were videotaped in front of a polling place, dressed in military-style uniforms and allegedly hurling racial slurs while one brandished a night stick.

The Bush Justice Department brought the first case against three members of the group, accusing them in a civil complaint of violating the Voter Rights Act. The Obama administration initially pursued the case, winning a default judgment in federal court in April 2009 when the Black Panther members did not appear in court. But then the administration moved to dismiss the charges the following month after getting one of the New Black Panther members to agree to not carry a "deadly weapon" near a polling place until 2012.

Bill Gates has made his scholarship fund off limits to white teenagers. The Gates Millennium Scholarship fund is financed by a $1 Billion endowment Bill Gates made in 1999. The fund explicitly denies eligibility to white students.

“Students are eligible to be considered for a GMS scholarship if they: Are African American, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian and Pacific Islander American, or Hispanic American;”

I hope that this isn't true, because if it is it would be one of the most disgraceful examples of liberal hypocrisy in the supposedly "post-racial" Obama Era I've ever witnessed. Indeed, Bill Gates may suffer from some kind of self-hate regarding his race, but if it wasn't for white folks love for Microsoft products he wouldn't near as mega-rich as he is.

Of course, I don't believe in hate-crime laws, but the fact that an 18-year-old kid wouldn't get equal treatment because of the Left's bitter hatred for the "evil, white man" is beyond pathetic.

Black Woman Fired For Supporting White Guy: Michael Bloomberg

The head of a prominent nonprofit group in the city claims she was fired in retaliation for endorsing Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg for re-election, according to a lawsuit filed against the group on Wednesday.

Joyce S. Johnson, the chief executive of the Black Equity Alliance, asserted in the suit, filed in State Supreme Court, that before she was fired, several board members scolded her for endorsing the mayor without their consent.

Such an endorsement, board members told her, could jeopardize the group’s nonprofit status, which prohibits political endorsements.

A spokesperson for the Black Equity Alliance, which was founded in 2003 to support human services, religious-based and community development organizations that work with African-Americans, did not return telephone messages on Wednesday. The board of the organization includes Rudy Crew, who was New York City schools chancellor during the Giuliani administration and is named as a defendant in the suit.

A lawyer for Ms. Johnson, Douglas H. Wigdor, said it was illegal to terminate an employee for political activities done outside of work. Ms. Johnson, in her lawsuit, said she endorsed the mayor on her personal time – and in her personal capacity, not as chief executive of the Black Equity Alliance.

Well apparently Ms. Johnson didn't get the memo on Blacks who dare to think different, refuse to play the "victim" card, support white candidates and/or label themselves "conservative": she's an "Aunt Jemina" who disgraced her people and now deserves every indignation that comes her way. At least, that's what the typical, Black liberal would tell her. After all, in this age of Obama worship, supporting a white dude running against a Black man in an election is akin to starving your children to death. One would think that in these, supposedly "enlightened" times, what a person does in their own, personal time is their business. But no, in the age of the Teleprompter-In-Chief, Blacks must not only genuflect to The Messiah, but they must also think alike and support those who look like them, no matter what they really believe. Guess Ms. Jones didn't get that memo, so instead she sued. So here's hoping she gets the "Black Equity Alliance" for every single dime they got.
