This is some interview Angelina Jolie's ex-husband did with a Canadian radio station yesterday to promote his band. Apparently, there was some misunderstanding as the host wasn't supposed to mention Billy Bob's film career, so that gave him a right to be a complete dick.

Brad Pitt Wants To Stop Proposition 8

Shacking up with a crazy, bisexual, liberal Gandhi has really gotten to Brad Pitt's head. Not only has the pretty boy been adopting kids the world over, but now the LA Times is reporting that Brad announced he is giving up $100,000 from his own checking account to fight California's Proposition 8, a November ballot measure that would eliminate homosexual couples from getting married:

Film star Brad Pitt has donated 100,000 dollars to oppose a California referendum seeking to ban gay marriage, The Los Angeles Times reported.

Gay marriage has been legal in California since June.

But opponents of same-sex marriages collected enough signatures to force a referendum seeking to ban them. Called "Proposition 8," it goes before voters in the most populous US state November 4.

"Because no one has the right to deny another their life, even though they disagree with it, because everyone has the right to live the life they so desire if it doesn't harm another and because discrimination has no place in America, my vote will be for equality and against Proposition 8," the Times quoted Pitt as saying in a statement.

Ah, the simpleton's worldview in a nutshell: "as long as they don't hurt nobody, what's the bug deal?" Ok, then why stop there? Polygamists don't hurt anyone, don't they have a "right" to be married too? Or how about adult/teenage unions? Group marriages ("polyamory")? If marriage can be reduced to an arbitrary "right" isn't it logical for other groups to follow the gay activist lead, especially if they too feel "discriminated"? Morally speaking, if you're a liberal it makes sense, not that Brad Pitt really cares.

Roseanne Barr: Another Liberal Hypocrite

In case you haven't heard, former sitcom "star" (and a poor man's Rosie O'Donnell when it comes to leftwing celebrity extremists) Roseanne Barr is mad at Angelina Jolie for actually having the gall to still be undecided about who she's going to go vote for come November. So of course, Roseanne (who supports Senator Obama) does what most liberals do when dealing with someone who doesn't agree with their views: spit, cry, threaten violence, hurl insults (including calling Jolie the "evil spawn" of her GOP supporting dad Jon Voight, whom Angelina has long been estranged from). Now normally I love it when stupid celebrity liberals take on one their own, but can someone please remind Roseanne about all the kind words she had for Barack back in ummm....January:

I have no doubt that she voted her purse by doing this, as she is a large land owner in California, and that ilk fears Dems because they do not want to pay their "fair share" of Cali tax. Oprah has given us Swartzenegger and Dr. Phil. If that was not offensive enough to decent thinking people, now she brings us Obama. He has no ideas, no plan and nothing to add other than the cynical pacification of the masses with bedtime stories about hope, while calling Unions "special interest groups" that need to be done away with.

Obama votes with Bush constantly funding this terrible endless war.

Angelina Jolie Is Not Having Twins....Yet

You'll be happy to know that the lunatic wing's version of Mother Theresa has not given birth just yet:

The Brangelina clan began settling into a villa in the south of France as a report that the couple's twins had been born was denied by other celebrity news outlets.

"Entertainment Tonight" reported on its Web site Friday that actress Angelina Jolie had given birth in France. Then, People magazine posted a story online saying that Jolie had not given birth, and E! and US Weekly followed with their own stories saying the babies remained unborn. All of the reports cited anonymous sources.

Representatives for Jolie and her companion, actor Brad Pitt, did not respond to phone and e-mail requests from The Associated Press.

"Entertainment Tonight" did not return a call for comment. On Friday night, the TV show stood by its story, with host Mary Hart saying that "just this morning, a source who says she was inside the delivery room tells us, yes, the babies were born and, yes, mother and babies are fine."

Once they're born, I wonder how much her and Brad will exploit...er, sell photos of these babies for.

Angelina Jolie Is For The Surge

I still think she's an overrated skank who stole a still-married Brad Pitt from Jennifer Aniston, but considering all her leftist humanitarian efforts over the years, this is certainly news:

NEW YORK (AP) — Actress and humanitarian activist Angelina Jolie said Thursday that the reinforcement of U.S. troops in Iraq has created an opportunity for humanitarian programs to boost assistance for Iraqi refugees.

In an op-ed piece published by the Washington Post, titled "A Reason to Stay in Iraq," Jolie details the plight of refugees and says their conditions have not improved since she visited the country last August to urge governments to provide more support.

Jolie, who has been a U.N. goodwill ambassador since 2001, was in Baghdad earlier this month to again highlight the refugee problem. She talked with Gen. David Petraeus, the American military commander in Iraq, and Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, the U.S. Embassy said.

Petraeus "told me he would support new efforts to address the humanitarian crisis" as much as possible, "which leaves me hopeful that more progress can be made," the actress wrote.

She said she stressed to Iraqi officials there must be a coherent plan for helping some 2 million Iraqis who are taking advantage of the downturn in violence to begin trickling back to abandoned homes from havens elsewhere in the country. A similar number fled Iraq to escape the bloodshed.

"It will be quite a while before Iraq is ready to absorb more than 4 million refugees and displaced people," Jolie wrote. "But it is not too early to start working on solutions."

Angelina Jolie Will Not Be Cheerleading For John Edwards

The wannabe Mother Theresa announces that she's still undecided:

WASHINGTON (AP) – Angelina Jolie, the Oscar-winning actress known for her humanitarian work, is disputing reports that she’s picked a presidential candidate for 2008.

In a written statement Wednesday, Jolie said she has made no decision despite reports that she’s supporting Democratic contender John Edwards.

“There are many false stories that circulate about me, but the one I feel I need to address, because it is about such an important topic, is that I have not decided to endorse John Edwards, or any other presidential candidate,” Jolie said.

“Like many Americans, I am learning more about the candidates records and positions but at this time I have not yet made an endorsement,” she said.

Whew! A Jolie endorsement could've given Edwards a chance at winning the whole damn thing.
