Bill O'Reilly To Boycott Sean Penn's Films

Not a bad idea:

The conservative host of "The O'Reilly Factor" says his political views affect his entertainment choices.

In a recent interview, Bill O'Reilly told the Hollywood Reporter that it's his "right as an American" to boycott Sean Penn's films, Reuters reports.

"He's a great actor," said the popular Fox pundit. "If you hire him, you'll get a good performance. I'm just not going to give a guy who gives aid and comfort to people like Ahmadinejad, Hugo Chavez and Saddam Hussein, when he was alive, my 10 bucks. That's my right as an American."

Since the release Penn's Oscar-winning film, "Milk," the actor has focused his political efforts on gay rights, vocally supporting gay marriage and lobbying for a "Harvey Milk" day to commemorate the work of the gay rights pioneer he portrayed onscreen.

Actress Maria Conchita Alonso Tells Sean Penn To STFU

Actress MARIA CONCHITA ALONSO has blasted her COLORS co-star SEAN PENN for his outspoken political views about her native Venezuela, insisting he should "shut up" and stop showing his support to the country's "killer" president, HUGO CHAVEZ.
Milk star Penn has voiced his admiration for Chavez on numerous occasions - the actor visited the politician in 2007, when he was writing an article about the leader, and caught up with him again in 2008.

In a 2007 interview following his first trip to the South American country, Penn said: "The first thing I'm going to say is that we know more lies about him in the United States than we know truth. If you want a soundbite from me about Chavez, then I would say that, for the moment, he's much more positive for Venezuela than he is negative." And while Alonso, who appeared alongside Penn in the 1988 film, admits Penn is a great actor, she is angry he is publicly backing Chavez, who has been criticised for his controversial leadership.

She tells TMZ.com, "He's an amazing actor, I can't take that away from him. It's just that he has no clue at all what's going on in Venezuela. He's praising Hugo Chavez, who's a killer and a dictator. I tried to put aside his political thing that he has no clue (about), so he should just shut up about what he doesn't know." And the Latina was particularly incensed when she saw Penn win the Best Actor Oscar at last month's (Feb09) Academy Awards. She recalls, "I put it on mute. I was watching in my room... So when his turn came, I mute it (sic). When he comes on stage (to collect the prize), I was like, 'No!'"

When it comes politics Sean Penn is another Hollyweird liberal prick. So much of a backwards-thinking blowhard that he's even had the balls to tell Black people how they should think because most of us think it's ludicrous to compare our struggle to gays. It's about time one his peers steps up and tells him what an asshole he really is.

Liberal Jerk Sean Penn Calls Blacks "Shameful"

Resident Hollywood liberal Sean Penn is angry at Blacks for overwhelmingly supporting Proposition 8. After all, according to the backwards logic of white liberals if anyone should understand the "plight" of gays it's us Blacks:

Last night's L.A. Times Gold Derby blog presented a video clip of a somber Sean Penn at the New York Film Critics Circle Awards, where his portrayal of gay icon Harvey Milk had won the Best Actor Award. Penn did not look to be in the mood for a political discussion, but when asked by Tom O'Neil and Scott Feinberg about the passage of Proposition 8, the anti-gay marriage initiative, Penn didn't hold back.

"The Proposition 8 thing was a fiasco in California. Mormon movement should be ashamed of itself, the black constituency that supported Prop 8 should be ashamed of itself." Penn was less certain of whether or not a pre-election day release of Milk would have helped beat Prop 8.

I'll be the first to admit that Sean Penn is a great actor, but besides his thespian skills he's proven to be nothing but a jerk. Gay people and their advocates on the Left can't argue for gay marriage on its own merit so they need to hijack the civil rights movement, a movement born from 400 years of cattle slavery, racist Jim Crow laws and a struggle to be treated as first-class citizens. Continuing to equate a deviant behavior with race is not only offensive, but condescending--so typical of white liberals who continue to use blacks for their deviant social culture. Funny too that Penn, who was raised by a Catholic mother and a Jewish father, hasn't mention his parents religious sects' role in Prop 8 getting passed.

Why He’s The Most Insane Liberal of the Week: for his hateful rant against FOX News this past week.

If you didn’t know already, fun-loving, surfer-dude Jeff Spicoli has become a raging, GOP-bashing liberal who calls the likes of Hugo Chavez and Cindy Sheehan friends. So this past Wednesday Penn, in typical limousine liberal fashion, threw out this rant against the conservative pundits at FOX News: “I almost wish Jerry Falwell were alive to see this. Almost,” Penn shouted to the crowd. After dropping some names of conservatives who are still with us - “Bill O’Reilly, who is too stupid to talk about,” and “Sean Hannity, the butt boy of Rupert Murdoch,” Penn said, “We know something more. We know their end is near.” Ironically, Penn happened to make his “butt-boy” comment to a group of extras while on the set of the new film Milk, a film about gay icon Harvey Milk in which Penn plays the lead.

Of course little has said in the liberal press about Penn’s tirade against FOX. But then it’s only self-righteousness and self-worship that motivates most of these Hollywood actors to make ridiculous comments like this. Often mis-informed and always messing up the facts, it it any wonder why we ask rabble-rousers like Penn to just shut up and act?

Sean Penn Is Getting A Divorce

Can't help but wonder if Penn's recent endorsement of UFO-believer Dennis Kucinich is when his wife finally decided that she'd had enough:

LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) -- Another Hollywood marriage is ending -- but this one was no flash in the pan.

Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn are divorcing, according to their representative, Mara Buxbaum. People magazine first reported the split Thursday night.

The actors began dating after they met making the 1990 movie "State of Grace." They married in 1996, and have two children, Dylan Frances, 16, and Hopper Jack, 14.

Previously, Penn was married to Madonna for four years, while Wright was married to actor Dane Witherspoon for two years.
