Clarence Thomas: ‘Northern Liberal Elites’ Treated Me Worse Than Segregated South

Anybody who understands the true dichotomy of Godless, white liberals shouldn't be surprised at this:

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas spoke at Palm Beach Atlantic University on Tuesday, and used the occasion to say the United States is still way too sensitive about racial issues, lamenting how much “more race and difference-conscious” the country is now than in the 1960s. He said race “rarely” came up when he became the first black child to go to a white school in Savannah, Georgia.

Nowadays, however, you can’t escape people being overly sensitive about race and sex, Thomas said, and revealed that he was treated much worse Northern liberals than by anyone in the South.

“The worst I have been treated was by northern liberal elites. The absolute worst I have ever been treated,” Thomas said. “The worst things that have been done to me, the worst things that have been said about me, by northern liberal elites, not by the people of Savannah, Georgia.”

Just last year Thomas said “elites and the media” disapprove of and go after any black person who doesn’t fit the “prescribed” mold they expect.

Just when we think Planned Parenthood cannot sink any lower, Cecile Richards, president of the organization, tweeted this Vine purporting to show "what women need" for Valentine's Day: 

Yep, that's right. Nestled in between "cancer screenings" (which make up a fraction of Planned Parenthood's services) and "well woman visits," is "safe + legal abortion." 

Valentine's Day should be viewed as a celebration of love — not as a day to promote dismembered fetuses. Who's the "radical" one now?

Aging Pop Star Madonna Drops The N-Bomb On Instagram, Tells Critics To "Get Off Of My Dick"

Buh, buh, but she's a mega-rich, white, celebrity who is fiercely liberal and she adopted an African kid or two...so she can't possibly be "RACIST!!!" Thus, there will absolutely be no criticism from anyone at MSNBC, Al Sharpton or any of those white, liberal journalists who would proudly call out a conservative celebrity if they did the same thing:

Madonna is in hot water after dropping the N-bomb in an Instagram caption yesterday (Jan. 17).

The singer posted a photo of her 13-year-old son Rocco boxing and captioned it: "No one messes with Dirty Soap! Mama said knock you out! #disni--a," reports TMZ. Her over one million followers soon took to comment on her use of the offensive term, which prompted Madge to take down the troublesome photo.

But leave it to Madonna to stand up to her critics: Not long after, she posted the same photo with a different, more combative caption: "Ok let me start this again. #get off of my dick haters!"

This isn't the first time Madonna has received flack for posting a photo of her teenage son. Earlier this month, the 55-year-old posted a photo of underage Rocco surrounded by liquor bottles. After her many critics voiced their disdain, Madonna fought back on Instagram, according to Us Weekly, writing: "No one was drinking we were just having fun! Calm down and get a sense of humor! Don't start the year off with judgement!"

UPDATE: Madonna has apologized for her use of the N-word, telling E! News in a statement: "I am sorry if I offended anyone with my use of the N-word on Instagram. It was not meant as a racial slur ... I am not a racist."

She added: "There's no way to defend the use of the word. It was all about intention ... It was used as a term of endearment toward my son who is white. I appreciate that it's a provocative word and I apologize if it gave people the wrong impression. Forgive me."

PR Exec Justine Sacco Fired for Racist ‘I’m White’ AIDS in Africa Tweet

Justine Sacco, the PR director for IAC/InterActiveCorp who posted the tweet below before boarding a plane to South Africa, has been officially let go by her employer. 

IAC, the media company owned by Barry Diller, released the following statement on their decision:

“The offensive comment does not reflect the views and values of IAC. We take this issue very seriously, and we have parted ways with the employee in question.
There is no excuse for the hateful statements that have been made and we condemn them unequivocally. We hope, however, that time and action, and the forgiving human spirit, will not result in the wholesale condemnation of an individual who we have otherwise known to be a decent person at core.”

Sacco deleted her Twitter account Friday night after creating a firestorm on Twitter with people using the hashtag #HasJustineLandedYet to mock her remarkably insensitive comment.

In his report for CNN, Brian Stelter noted that Sacco’s “trial by social media” may have been “just as ugly as her initial message.”

Police Seize White Teenage Girl from Black Legal Guardians Without Cause

Not the ideal example that racism still exists, but still:

A teenage Oklahoma hip hop dancer is still shaken after her dream trip to a Texas dance studio ended up with her in handcuffs and taken to Child Protective Services and her guardians in police custody. 

"They had nothing on us," dance instructor Emmanuel Hurd told ABCNews.com. "Instead of going the route they should have went, they took her to CPS. The only reason someone gave me was we were black and Landry was white." 

Landry Thompson, 13, has been dancing since she was 7. For the past few years, she has dreamed of traveling to Houston to dance with well-known hip hop dancer Chachi Gonzales at Planet Funk Academy. 

Over the weekend, Thompson's parents, instructor and dance partner made her dream come true. Landry flew to Houston from her Tulsa, Okla., home on Saturday and met up with Hurd, 29, and her dance partner Josiah Kelly, 22. 

The three spent the day at the dance academy and taking part in a video shoot. After wrapping and dinner, the exhausted trio stopped at a gas station around 3 a.m. to program their GPS to find their hotel, according to Hurd. He dozed off and awoke to find their car surrounded by police. 

"Everything was going amazing. It was a beautiful day .... and then everything went bad," Hurd told ABCNews.com today. 

Hurd and Kelly were pulled out of the car and police told them not to worry, they weren't be arrested, just detained, Hurd said. 

Hurd had forms from Landry's mother making him her guardian for the duration of the trip, her birth certificate and her insurance card, among other forms, which he said he tried to tell the officers. 

"[The officer] puts the handcuffs on very, very tight [and] throws me in the back and does the same to Josiah," Hurd said. "All the while I'm looking at Landry. She's terrified." 

Landry, still in the car, said she called her mother. 

"I was crying. I tried to put the police on the phone with my mom and they said they didn't want to," she told ABCNews.com. 

The teen said she was terrified and that the cops didn't believe she was giving them her real name, since she wasn't on the runaway list. 

Landry's mom, Destiny Thompson, said she wasn't surprised by the late-night call because rehearsals often go late into the night, but could tell something was wrong when she heard the commotion in the background and her daughter's upset voice. 

A police officer eventually took Landry's phone and spoke to her mother. 

"He got on the phone and he said, 'Are you aware your daughter is in Houston, Texas, with two black men?' And I said, 'Yes, I am aware of that,'" Destiny Thompson told ABCNews.com. "Then he started mumbling stuff about my parenting, why I would let her do that and then he proceeded to tell me the people she was with were intoxicated or on something." 

"There's no possible way these men were intoxicated, that's not how they live," the mom said. "I knew right then I had some trouble."

First of all, I'm not condoning anyone comparing anything to slavery, one of, if not the darkest time in America's history. Yet, the idea that a lying, liberal blowhard like Al Gore can get away comparing faux global warming to slavery, while a scumbag like Martin Bashir goes after Sarah Palin for doing the same damn thing, just reeks of typical liberal hypocrisy:

Former Governor Sarah Palin (R-AK) punched her way back into the news this week by invoking slavery in remarks about American public debt, then doubling down on the remarks in an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper. On Friday afternoon’s Martin Bashir program on MSNBC, host Martin Bashir delivered a scathing attack on Palin, while attempting to contextualize the horror of slavery for her by detailing some of the cruelty recorded in the diary of Thomas Thistlewood, a British overseer at a Jamaican sugar plantation. Bashir concluded his commentary by suggesting Palin is deserving of the same treatment.

In his “Clear the Air” segment, Bashir lit into Palin straight away, referring to her as America’s “resident dunce” and characterizing her remarks as “scraping the barrel of her long-deceased mind, and using her all-time favorite analogy in an attempt to sound intelligent about the national debt.”

He then played a clip of Palin’s comments from last weekend, in which she told a crowd at Iowa’s Faith and Freedom Coalition event, “Our free stuff today is being paid for by taking money from our children, and borrowing from China. When that note comes due — and this isn’t racist, so try it. Try it anyway. This isn’t racist. But it’s going to be like slavery when that note is due.”

“It will be like slavery,” Bashir repeated. “Given her well-established reputation as a world class idiot, it’s hardly surprising that she should choose to mention slavery in a way that is abominable to anyone who knows anything about its barbaric history.”

“So here’s an example,” Bashir continued. “One of the most comprehensive first-person accounts of slavery comes from the personal diary of a man called Thomas Thistlewood, who kept copious notes for 39 years. Thistlewood was the son of a tenant farmer, who arrived on the island of Jamaica in April 1750, and assumed the position of overseer at a major plantation.”

“What is most shocking about Thistlewood’s diary is not simply the fact that he assumes the right to own and possess other human beings, but is the sheer cruelty and brutality of his regime,” Bashir added. “In 1756, he records that a slave named Darby ‘catched eating kanes had him well flogged and pickled, then made Hector, another slave, s-h-i-t in his mouth.’”

“This became known as ‘Darby’s Dose,’ a punishment invented by Thistlewood that spoke only of inhumanity. And he mentions a similar incident in 1756, his time in relation to a man he refers to as Punch. ‘Flogged punch well, and then washed and rubbed salt pickle, lime juice and bird pepper, made Negro Joe piss in his eyes and mouth,’” Bashir recited.

“I could go on, but you get the point,” Bashir said, concluding “When Mrs. Palin invokes slavery, she doesn’t just prove her rank ignorance. She confirms if anyone truly qualified for a dose of discipline from Thomas Thistlewood, she would be the outstanding candidate.”

Washington Burger King Only Hires Mexicans

A huge sign outside a Burger King fast food restaurant in Ephrata, Washington is causing outrage because of its racist tone. The billboard reads, “Now Hiring Must Be Mexican.”

The image was posted on KFFM 1073′s website, a radio station based in Yakima, Washington, alongside a poll which asked,”I’m not exactly sure of the reasoning. Maybe none of the current staff can speak español or perhaps they need to fulfill their EEO report, I’m not exactly sure. What do you think? Do you find this sign offensive or are you okay with their honesty.”

82 per cent of the respondents to the poll say that they find the sign offensive.

It’s possible that the managers of the restaurant meant to advertise for a bilingual or Spanish-speaking employee, but their choice of words is clearly discriminatory.

The sign has also prompted outrage on the fast food giant’s official Facebook page, with some people calling for a lawsuit and others demanding that the chain be boycotted.

“Tell all of Burger King to take their company to Mexico and abide by legal hiring practices here in the good ole USA – This is NOT MEXICO,” writes Mark Berreth.

Barneys' 'Racism' Threatens Jay-Z's Street Cred

"World War II Vets Under Attack by Blacks." Can you imagine such a headline in The New York Times -- or anywhere else, except perhaps some in underground racist tract? But for the second time in three months, an 80-plus-year-old WWII veteran was murdered by black suspects. 

In Washington, 88-year-old Delbert Belton, who fought and took a bullet to the leg at the Battle of Okinawa, was beaten to death by two black teen suspects. The motive? Police describe the killing as a random attack. 

In Mississippi, 87-year-old Lawrence E. Thornton, a WWII vet who served as a Navy fireman on a minesweeper, was beaten to death by four black suspects. The motive was robbery. Even if the vets were racially targeted -- and there is no evidence that they were -- it would be absurd to say that white World War II vets "are under attack" by "black people" because of the bad behavior of some individuals who happen to be black. 

Yet this is the reasoning the Rev. Jesse Jackson applied following the black teen's death in the George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin case. Jackson, angry when he heard the news of Martin's death, said, "Blacks are under attack." 

This brings us to the accusation of "blatant prejudice and discrimination" by the upscale department store, Barneys New York. In February, plainclothes NYPD cops stopped a black woman and falsely accused her of credit card fraud after she bought a $2,500 Celine handbag. The shopper filed a "notice of claim," announcing her intention to sue. And in April, a black shopper used a debit card to buy a $349 Ferragamo belt. He, too, was falsely accused of fraud. 

Now things get even more interesting. 

Rapper and hip-hop mogul Jay-Z had entered into a deal with Barneys. A Jay-Z curated, limited-edition collection of designer clothes and accessories rolls out this holiday season, with part of the proceeds going to charity. A hyper left-wing organization called Color of Change put out an "open letter" appealing to Jay-Z. Another group, Change.org, set up an online petition that calls on Jay-Z to denounce Barneys' "blatant prejudice and discrimination." Some Jay-Z fans now call him a "sell-out" and "Uncle Tom" for giving cover to a racist institution for money. Through his website, Jay-Z said that before he reacted with "emotion," he wanted to get the "facts." Enter the Rev. Al Sharpton, who never lets "facts" get between him and a race card. 

Sharpton, of course, shot to fame by falsely accusing a white man of raping a black teenager; was in the middle of the Crown Heights riots ("If the Jews want to get it on, tell them to pin their yarmulkes back and come over to my house"); once called the black mayor of New York an "N-word whore"; and spoke of whites moving into Harlem as "interlopers" and Jews as "diamond merchants." He steps in to calm the waters?! 

"Some people want to make this about Jay-Z," Sharpton told reporters, "No, this is about Barneys first." 

He demanded Barneys "bring the data" to prove that when expensive purchases are made, the store investigates white and minority shoppers equally. Barneys, warned Sharpton, better gather the information quickly and not use the busy holiday season as an excuse. "We'll march all the way down to your store," said Sharpton. "I'll serve turkey right on the corner." 

For race hustlers and the eternally aggrieved, Barneys did not unfairly treat a handful of shoppers. No, it's an institutional problem. Anecdotes equal evidence. The election and reelection of President Barack Obama has not stopped so-called "civil rights leaders" from treating America like it's still the back-of-the-bus '50s. For those who argue racism remains a deep and persistent problem, consider this. 

Attorney Johnnie Cochran argued that the LAPD had it out for O.J. Simpson because, according to Cochran, Simpson broke the final taboo by marrying a blond, blue-eyed white woman. 

A few years ago, "Desperate Housewives" ran a sex-themed promo during Monday Night Football. It featured blond actress Nicollette Sheridan and prominent football wide-receiver Terrell Owens. Clad only in a white towel, Sheridan teased and flirted with Owens. The Federal Communications Commission claimed it received 50,000 complaint letters -- a tiny amount compared to total viewership. But a Freedom of Information request discovered that, in fact, the FCC received fewer than 2,000 letters, with less than 100 -- or less than 5 percent of that total -- saying anything about race. 

Let's do the numbers. Out of 17,000,000 viewers, 2,000 bothered to write. Of that, only 100 complained about the promo being racially offensive. That comes to about 5 percent of the .01 percent that wrote -- or a little over .0005 percent of viewers.

Now the discriminated Barneys' customers have already sought legal counsel. Barneys has announced an investigation. Without waiting for the results, Barneys' CEO issued an apology. To ensure that the store keeps its "commitment to fairness and equality" and "zero tolerance for any form of discrimination," Barneys has retained a respected "civil rights expert."

Just tell us it isn't Sharpton.

Black Baltimore Orioles Outfielder Adam Jones Has A Banana Thrown At Him

Far-right, conservative pundits like Michelle Malkin, who reacted with unmasked glee upon hearing the George Zimmerman verdict, should be aware of a recent incident involving Baltimore Orioles star outfielder Adam Jones who took to Twitter after Sunday's 10-2 win in San Francisco to complain about a fan tossing a banana onto the field. While at first there was no record of the racist incident, Giants fan, Alexander Poulides, 42, would later admit to throwing the banana near Jones out of disgust over his team's loss.

While the Jones incident is nowhere near as unfortunate and tragic as the Trayvon Martin case was, conservatives like Malkin, who have long given up on the black vote, do the entire movement a disservice by pretending that racism no longer exists:

A day after posting a tweet saying a banana was thrown toward him during Sunday’s game in San Francisco, Orioles center fielder Adam Jones tried to move on from the incident.

In the bottom of the ninth inning of the Orioles' 10-2 win over the Giants at AT&T Park, Jones said a banana was on the ground in center field near him. Witnesses said Jones calmly picked up the banana and laid it over the center field fence.

Monday, Jones wouldn’t specifically say he thought the act was racially motivated — there have been incidents at sporting events where bananas were thrown at black athletes on the field, which is considered a racist act, particularly in European soccer matches — but he said there was no place in the game for it.

“I’m one of the nicest guys out there,” Jones said as the Orioles prepared to play the Arizona Diamondbacks. “I get an attitude here and there, but [throwing items on the field are] just actions that don’t ever need to happen in sports. It’s unfortunate that things happen like that, but it ain’t gonna stop me, myself and the Orioles. We have games to win. It’s mid-August. I’ve got a bigger concern on my head than someone’s ignorance or act of whatever.”

Jones said he worried about it more as a player safety issue. Earlier this year, a can was thrown toward left fielder Nate McLouth during a game in Toronto.

“I personally don’t have no hard feelings about it. It’s just an unfortunate thing that happened,” Jones said. “You never know what kind of things can be thrown at a player. Our backs are turned. You never know what can be thrown in our direction. I just look at it as a safety issue. When my back is turned, I don’t know what is going on there, so we just look at it as a liability. Whatever certain object it was, I could care less.”

Asked whether Jones had ever been subjected to such an act before, Jones quickly said, “I’m from San Diego, man. You don’t see that kind of stuff.”

Larry Elder Explodes At Piers Morgan Over George Zimmerman: You’re Condescending, ‘Stupid,’ Should Be Ashamed Of Yourself

Piers Morgan clearly has no qualms about inviting people on his show who fiercely disagree with him or even attack him personally, and tonight’s opening interview with radio host Larry Elder did not disappoint. Elder told Morgan his interview with George Zimmerman trial witness Rachel Jeantel was horrendous and “condescending,” and even told Morgan that he was being “stupid” for his assessment of Jeantel’s character.

On Tuesday, Elder sent out a series of angry tweets about Morgan’s interview with Jeantel, beginning with this one.

Elder went on at length about underreported crime in Chicago, which Morgan agreed with, but he kept going on, even calling Morgan a “bleeding heart liberal,” until Morgan nearly shouted, “If I could just get a word in, that’s be great.” He attempted to call Elder out for “ridiculous things” he said about Jeantel, but Elder went on the warpath again, leading Morgan to remark he’s not in a competition for the “greatest filibuster in my show’s history.”

Morgan pressed Elder on whether he thought Jeantel was “stupid,” but Elder repeatedly dismissed the question and continued complaining about the myriad attention the trial’s been getting. When Morgan said Zimmerman’s getting away with no punishment, Elder loudly contradicted him, saying “He’s a marked man!” and “He will never have a moment of peace!” Morgan shot back that at least Zimmerman can walk away alive, unlike Trayvon Martin.

They also got into a back-and-forth about Zimmerman himself, after Elder asserted that he’d want more Zimmermans in his community to prevent more Ariel Castros. Morgan shot back that he has teenage sons and thus wouldn’t like the idea of Zimmermans patrolling the streets, but Elder just snarked at Morgan that he lives in a gated community so he doesn’t have to worry about that anyway.

Morgan attempted to call out Elder for questioning Jeantel’s intelligence, grilling him about her educational background as opposed to his. Elder told Piers that he shouldn’t be “treat[ing] black people like children,” and went on another tangent in which he scolded Morgan, saying, “You ought to be ashamed of yourself!”

Elder insisted he never called her stupid–that was Morgan’s word–and continued to lecture Morgan about the real problems in the black community that the media has no interest in talking about.

Racist Bitch Paula Deen Fired From Food Network

After posting a short and somewhat awkward apology to YouTube Friday afternoon, Paula Deen quickly removed her initial video and replaced it with a second version in which she appeared more composed.

However, just moments after the video went live, the Food Network released a statement saying they “will not renew Paula Deen’s contract when it expires at the end of this month.”

Deen added some context to her second apology, both acknowledging her absence this morning from a scheduled Today appearance but also objecting to her portrayal in the media.

“I was invited this morning to speak to Matt Lauer about a subject that has been very hurtful to a lot of people,” Deen began, looking more relaxed than in the initial video. “And Matt, I have to say, I was physically not able this morning.” 

“The pain has been tremendous that I have caused to myself and to others,” Deen continued. “I’m taking this opportunity, now that I’ve pulled myself together and am able to speak, to offer an apology to those that I have hurt.”

“I want people to understand that my family and I are not the kind of people that the press is wanting to say we are. I’ve spent the best of twenty-four years to help myself and others. Your color of your skin, your religion, your sexual preference does not matter to it. It’s what’s in the heart. My family and I try to live by that.”

“I am here to say, I am so sorry,” Deen concluded. “I was wrong. Yes, I’ve worked hard and I’ve made mistakes, but that is no excuse. I offer my sincere apology to those that I have hurt. And I hope that you forgive me. Because this comes from the deepest part of my heart. I will continue to work and continue to do good things for good people.”

Wayne Brady Calls Out Bill Maher: ‘I Will Beat Your Ass In Public’ For Questioning My Black Cred

Comedian Wayne Brady‘s animosity towards Bill Maher has not softened since he said last June he wanted to “slap the shit out of” the Real Time host for jokes he had made about him. Speaking to Marc Lamont Hill on HuffPost Live Monday, Brady reaffirmed his desire to “beat [Maher's] ass in public” for saying President Obama, like Wayne Brady, is not a “real black” man. 

Maher first explained his desire for Obama to be a “real black president” who “lifts up his shirt so they can see the gun in his pants” during a monologue in 2010. Subsequently, Maher referred to Obama as “your Wayne Brady,” a characterization that put into question the African-American credentials of both Obama and Brady. 

“I’ve respected him as a comedian, and what he does on HBO is great,” Brady told Hill. “But when he starts to drag me in, to use me as the cultural linchpin of his not-black-enough argument, that’s bullshit.” Turning the argument around, Brady questioned Maher’s credentials to discuss the black experience. When he meets Maher again, Brady said, he’ll be that “stereotypical black dude” for him “and I will beat your ass in public.” 

“Be careful when you make statements like that,” Brady warned Maher, because it will allow his viewers to make the same stereotypical assumptions about black people.

Always funny when smug, white liberals like Bill Maher and Lawrence O'Donnell create litmus tests on a black man's blackness and get away with it without a word from the usual race baiters on the Left. Good thing Wayne Brady is here to save the day (tho I wish he would've also dropped the name "Superhead"--the most infamous slut within Bill Maher's stable of black ho's) and tell us what he'd do to Maher if he had the guts to diss him to his face:

Bill Maher has made clear for some time now that President Obama is not sufficiently “black” for his tastes, because President Obama doesn’t walk around with a large gun in his pants, or something (Bill Maher expects his audience to accept him as ultimate arbiter of what “real black people” are, and they do). In those comparisons, he often cites comedian Wayne Brady as the antithesis of all that is black– and this week, Brady shot back on Aisha Tyler‘s broadcast, asserting that “the black man part of me” would “gladly slap the shit out of Bill Maher.”


“I’ve had Bill Maher twice now when referencing Obama, [sic] he’s like ‘yeah, with your Wayne Brady’ — it’s a diss to Obama to be called me,” Brady explained to Tyler on her podcast this week, noting that Maher wanted a “brother brother.” Accusing Maher of only having the “particular black experience” of “fuck[ing] black hookers,” he explained that he did not confront Maher usually because “if I would have gone on his show or even doing it online, I’m not going to win, he still has his platform.”

But Brady explained that Maher was wrong to think of Brady as somehow not “black enough.” “I’m not saying I’m really badass but, if Bill Maher has his perception of what’s black wrapped up, I would gladly slap the shit out of Bill Maher in the middle of the street, and then I want to see what Bill Maher would do.” He explained that he wouldn’t actually do this “because I’d get sued and lose my house and its not worth it for me, but the black man part of me would be so satisfied to slap the shit out of him in front of Coco and Ebony and Fox, the three ladies of the night that he has hired.”

Tyler saw the bright side to being constantly attacked by Bill Maher in that way, though: “what’s exciting about it is your name and your persona and your identity has become such a cultural touchstone.” “Hallelujah!” Brady replied.

FOX News Should NOT Fire Jehmu Greene

As you may recall, on last Thursday’s edition of America Live, Fox News contributor Jehmu Greene called the Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson a “bow-tying white boy” in response to Carlson’s criticism of Elizabeth Warren‘s qualifications.

Many outraged conservatives have called upon Fox to fire Greene. For example:

On the conservative site World Net Daily, one columnist wrote that “If Fox News has any integrity, it should immediately and without apology fire Jehmu Greene.” Right-leaning media watchdog Accuracy in Media criticized Fox for it’s lack of punishment and bemoaned the network’s “standing by [Greene].”

A Fox News spokesperson told Mediaite that “Jehmu apologized to Tucker by phone after the segment and he accepted her apology.”

Fox’s decision not to fire or publicly reprimand Greene may be a bold move given her lightning-rod comments, but it makes for a few interesting thoughts:

Perhaps Fox isn’t as beholden to its decidedly right-leaning audience as many believe. They haven’t succumbed to pressure to fire Greene, and have made an effort to hire more progressive contributors like Greene and Sally Kohn in the last year.

And the lack of punishment may also show that Fox has no interest in being the “PC Police.”

It doesn't surprise me one bit that conservatives are outraged and calling for black liberal and FOX News political contributor Jehmu Greene to be fired after she called Tucker Carlson a “bow-tying white boy," during a heated debate last week. While she hasn't addressed the matter publicly, word has it that Greene has apologized to Carlson in private...and that should be enough. But, of course, that's not enough to some conservatives who want Greene to not only lose her job, but are typically calling it a "double standard" because if a white guy said it....well, you know the rest. And maybe they're right. But this is where some conservatives don't get it and sadly, never will.

When it comes to matters of race, black folks in this country will always the upper hand on the topic due to the brutal and dark history of how this country was found, the millions who died because of it, Jim Crow laws and the fact that nothing much has changed today, no matter how much we like to think it has. This is how it is and this it always shall be...until racism is officially declared dead in this country. And that will never happen...even with the first half-black president still in office.

So while Greene's comment to Carlson was both stupid and ignorant, it wasn't "racist" because black people can't be racist in a country where they hold no power. And that's what racism is about: power, the same way sexism is. Racism is about white privilege, regardless if it's overt or not overt. Thus, it's why we still need affirmative action in this country. It's a huge reason why black unemployment remains double that the national average here. It's mostly why our criminal justice system disproportionately targets and incarcerates people of color.

So while Greene owes Carlson an apology for being ignorant, the history of her race here in America is why she deserves to keep her job. It is also why, unfair as it may be, if Carlson had said gone there with Greene...yes, in all likelihood, he'd be looking for a new gig. And to folks who can't deal with that either they need to shut up and or help to end racism in this country.

Black NHL Player Joel Ward's Winning Goal Sparks Racist Tweets

Far-right extremists like to pretend that racism no longer exists, while far-Left extremists exploit racism (whether real or imagined) for their own sordid, leftwing agenda. That said, considering the overwhelming lack of black players and the presence of their ever pristine, all-white fans, I've long suspected hockey to be a racist sport on par with the likes of NASCAR racing. Well, not only is Boston still a racist sports town, but when it comes to ice hockey suspicions were correct:

As Joel Ward’s Washington Capitals teammates swarmed their new hero after his playoff series-winning goal against the NHL’s defending champions Wednesday night, more sinister emotions were swirling on social media.

A number of people took to Twitter with racist comments, calling Ward – one of about 20 black men currently on National Hockey League rosters – the N-word.

Perhaps to those tweeters’ surprise, someone collected 40 of those tweets and put them in one place: Chirpstory, a site where one can aggregate other people’s Twitter posts for posterity.

The posts included:
– “Haha that (slur) actually did something.”
–  “The fact that a (slur) got the goal makes it ten times worse.”
–  “We lost … To a hockey playing (slur)…. What kind of (expletive) is this.”

To what should be no one’s surprise, the posts caught the attention of sports celebrities and media Wednesday night and Thursday morning.

“Despite a black president, things haven't changed,” sports columnist and ESPN “First Take” contributor Rob Parker tweeted Thursday morning.

“Thought times have changed? Is this real?” former Washington Redskins linebacker LaVar Arrington tweeted.

The offensive tweets came after Ward, a 31-year-old right wing, followed up one of his teammates’ shots and backhanded the rebound past Bruins goalie Tim Thomas, lifting the Capitals to a 2-1 overtime win against the host Boston Bruins in the seventh and final game of their first-round playoff series.

As the collection of offensive tweets made its way through social media – Canadian broadcaster CTV was among the media outlets to notice them early – some of the people behind the original posts started shying away from the growing attention. By late Thursday morning, several of the tweeters in the Chirpstory collection had removed or hidden their Twitter accounts.

Others still had the posts on their own Twitter pages, and still others had removed the original posts but added posts either ridiculing the angry reaction they were getting or saying that they aren’t racist.

The National Hockey League, the Capitals and the Bruins also took notice.

"The racially charged comments distributed via digital media following last night's game were ignorant and unacceptable," the NHL said Thursday. "The people responsible for these comments have no place associating themselves with our game."

Idiot Black Liberal DJ Thaddeus Matthews Goes On Racist Rant on Black Conservative GOP Congressional Candidate Charlotte Bergmann

Further proof that in 2012 "coming out" as black conservative is harder than coming out as "gay". After all its become that hard to deal with a group that's as monolithic and ass-backwards as black liberals:

In a profanity-laced tirade, a Memphis DJ last week used an on-air interview to berate a local Republican congressional candidate -- calling her a "token negro" who is doing the bidding of "white folk."


DJ Thaddeus Matthews called Charlotte Bergmann, who is black, "stupid." He referred to her as a "curly-haired nigga." When she walked out of the interview, he refused to shake her hand, saying he didn't want to get her "whiteness" on him.


The outrage? The fury? In Memphis, you can hear the crickets.


Bergmann told FoxNews.com that, while the web video of the interview has gotten a lot of attention on blogs, local media are largely ignoring it. She said she hasn't gotten any calls from politicians about it. "No organization has spoken out," Bergmann said.


"The anger has been expressed throughout the nation, but not in my local ... area," she said.


As for her treatment on air, which she described as "racist" and abusive, she said it stems from the notion that black politicians should uniformly be Democrats.


Bergmann is running in Tennessee's 9th District, which is mostly black. The seat is currently held by Democratic Rep. Steve Cohen, whose office so far has not returned a request for comment on the radio interview.


Matthews has stood by the bulk of his comments. He told MyFoxMemphis.com on Thursday that he's apologized on air for the "whiteness" comment, but he defended the rest.


"I do not regret the content of what I said. In the anger of having another politician in my studio that knows absolutely nothing about nothing and gives me stupid answers, I don't regret that," he said. "Now the context of the whiteness rubbing off ... that part I do regret, that particular portion of the show. But the rest of everything I said, I meant exactly what I said."


It's unclear how the radio station management, at WPLX-AM 1180, is handling the incident, but the owner of the broadcasting company apparently has issued an apology. Bergmann said the owner, William Pollack, called her Wednesday to apologize. She also provided a written apology under Pollack's name, which expressed regret for the "ill treatment" on air.


"I was unaware of the horrific treatment of you until today. I have personally met with Matthews and will assure you this situation is receiving our complete attention," the statement said, adding that he "personally supported" Bergmann in 2010 and will do so again.


Bergmann eventually walked out of the interview, which was conducted last Tuesday.


But for the first 12 minutes, Matthews repeatedly challenged her loyalty to black people.


Matthews started by asking about her affiliation with the Tea Party.


He accused her of evading the question, later asking, "Are you a token of white folk? And white folk using you to come against black folk?"


After she started to respond, Matthews interrupted, saying: "Damn, Ms. Bergmann, shut up for a moment. OK, shut up for a moment, because you shucking and jiving."


The confrontational interview continued as he challenged her on plans to help the black community. "All I see in you is another token negro," he said, likening her to former Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain.


After several minutes, the DJ threatened to cut off her microphone and throw her out of the studio. "I'm so sick of your sh-, yourself, and I'm about to put your ass up outta here," he said. "You are a token negro that white folk have control over."


Eventually, Bergmann said "we have a failure to communicate" and left the studio.


Matthews continued to berate the congressional candidate.


"Get up and get your ass up outta here. Get your stupid, ignorant ass up outta my studio," he said.


As she left, Bergmann held out her hand to the DJ.


"I don't need to shake your hand," he told her. "I'm scared because some of that whiteness might rub off on me."


Bergmann told FoxNews.com that she's trying to get the video of the confrontation shown at the upcoming Conservative Political Action Conference -- an annual meet-up in Washington of prominent conservatives.


She said her campaign has reached out to two Republican lawmakers about that possibility.


She also said donations to her campaign have spiked since the incident.


Matthews has a reputation in Memphis as a controversial blogger and radio host. According to MyFoxMemphis.com, he was booted from another AM station in 2010 -- he claimed white Republicans pressured the bosses to remove him, according to the report.


Matthews went on to launch his show on WPLX, which was billed as a mostly blues music program.
