Youth Rights: A Trojan Horse for the Left’s Sexual Agenda

Once again, a liberal promoting the Democrat education agenda has asserted that, “[t]he children,” as in yours and mine, “belong to all of us.” This time it was Professor Paul Reville, former Massachusetts Secretary of Education, who recently defended the controversial Common Core Curriculum with an appeal to shared concern for ‘our’ children. Awhile back, it was MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry who urged more education spending because “kids belong to whole communities,” not to their parents. 

Such talk raises the hackles—and the suspicions—of conservatives. They see progressives as hell-bent on an agenda to restructure the American family. And they worry that liberal activists will mold the next generation in tolerance, autonomy, and moral relativism, while teaching them to reject parental authority and religious values. 

There’s reason to worry. 

But the real threat comes not from pundits and their puffery over ‘who owns the kids,’ but from the Trojan horse of ‘youth rights’— an agenda that’s already influencing schools, medical care, and the law. Under the guise of promoting children’s “rights” to make their own choices, progressives are relentlessly fencing parents out of the crucial, value-laden decisions in their children’s lives.

Pediatricians Vs. Parents

Consider an ordinary aspect of family life: a trip to the pediatrician’s office.

Parents of 12- and 13-year-olds may find themselves unceremoniously ejected from the pediatrician’s examining room so that the doctor can speak privately with their child. It used to be that parents stepped out discreetly for a moment during the physical exam of an opposite-sex child, out of respect for the child’s developing body and desire for modesty. 

But that’s not why parents are shown the door these days. 

Willing or not, today’s pediatrician is a field agent in the campaign for ‘youth rights,’ a global movement that insists children have the capacity—and the right—to make their own decisions about issues that concern them, particularly questions of sexual identity, sexual behavior, and reproductive health. In reality, the demand for ‘youth rights’ is simply cover for the left’s aggressive promotion of its radical sexual agenda. 

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) seems to have embraced its part in the youth rights campaign. In recent policy statements on emergency contraception and the care of LGBTQ youth, the AAP urges pediatricians to “counsel,” educate, and support young people in the exercise of their sexual and reproductive rights. 

The AAP tells its physicians that, “regardless” of the adolescent’s “current intentions for sexual behavior,” the pediatrician should discuss “sexual safety and family planning,” as a matter of “routine anticipatory guidance.” In addition, the conscientious pediatrician will go even further, offering to “supply” both boys and girls with emergency contraception to “have on hand in case of future need.”

Pediatricians Secretly Assisting With … Sexual Identity?

The progressive powers-that-be have decided that providing emergency contraception is part of the new script for adolescent care— even if the teen doesn’t request it. ‘Let’s check your height, listen to your lungs, and send you home with some emergency contraception.’ With no judgment, shame, or stigma, of course. (And no regard either for family concerns about the health, emotional, and moral implications of teen sex and emergency contraception.)

Similarly, the AAP statement on LGBTQ youth envisions that pediatricians will play “a role in helping teenagers sort through their [sexual] feelings and behaviors…pediatricians should assist adolescents as they develop their identities and to avoid the consequences of unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs), regardless of sexual orientation.”

In a blatantly political move, the AAP policy also condemns “heterosexism” (the idea that “heterosexuality is the expected norm and that somehow LGBTQ teens are ‘abnormal’”) and recommends that pediatricians display pictures of same-sex couples in order to be more welcoming to “sexual minority” youth. And lest children miss the inclusive message, the AAP tells pediatricians to ask adolescents (even those who are not yet sexually active) if they are attracted to or having sex with “males, females, or both.”

You think Amanda Knox would've gotten all this attention from the mainstream media over the years if she didn't look the way she looked? Well, thank goodness some people in this world can recognize a murderer for being a murderer regardless of what the monster shows on the outside:

An appeals court in Florence convicted Amanda Knox and her former boyfriend  Thursday of murder for the second time in the 2007 death of Knox’s British roommate in the Italian university town of Perugia.

Knox was sentenced to 28 years and six months in prison. Raffaele Sollecito was sentenced to 25 years.
This was Knox and Raffaele Sollecito’s third trial for the murder of Meredith Kercher and it spanned four months. Deliberations lasted more than 11 hours.

Sollecito, 29, was present along with his father and other relatives when the verdict was read.

Knox, 26, was awaiting the verdict half a world away in Seattle, where she returned after spending four years in an Italian jail and then being acquitted of the murder on appeal in 2011. In Italy, defendants are not required to appear at their trials.

Next up, a photo of the former Disney teenage sweetheart morphed into licentious slut, Miley Cyrus, engaged in a tongue kiss with a super model that has an ancestry firmly rooted in royalty. The photo of Cyrus and Cara Delevingne kissing sports the symbol of gay “rights” – a rainbow.

Many will, of course, chalk this one up to Miley (or more likely her management team) taking her new outrageous public persona to its next level.

However, the timing of the release of the photo coincides with a determined push to propagandize the public and inure it to homosexuality. It is also an effort to condition the herd to accept the LGBT political agenda that prominently features intolerance of religious values or any social or political opposition to the creation of a special group of individuals supposedly deserving preferential treatment by the state.

Just when you thought Miley couldn’t possibly have any more stunts up her sleeve, she pulls a blunt out of her purse.

Last night at the MTV EMAs in Amsterdam, Netherlands, the 20-year-old one-woman wrecking ball stunned the crowd and the viewing audience of millions by celebrating her “Best Video” award by taking out a joint from her purse and lighting up. 

The gesture was a nod to marijuana’s semi-legal status in the host country (possession of small amounts does not lead to arrest), but the act was nevertheless too hot to handle for MTV America who edited the entire sequence out of their delayed telecast.

CONTROVERSIAL comedian Russell Brand has admitted to having sex with a man in a bar toilet, purely for a television show. 
 
Brand made the confession to fellow comic Richard Herring during a podcast interview.

Brand told how he performed the act as it was filmed for a TV documentary series when he was a heroin addict.

He said: "I w***** off a man in a toilet. I thought, ‘I think of myself as heterosexual but perhaps that’s ‘cause of the environment that I grew up in where homosexuality may have been difficult for me to express.’”

The show - called RE:Brand - was aimed at exploring social taboos, said Brand.

"I trawled around Soho going to various gay bars, gay gyms trying to pick people up with a film crew.

A Texas high school Spanish teacher is under fire after it emerged she once posed naked for Playboy.

Cristy Nicole Deweese, 21, has become the talk of Townview Magnet High School in Dallas after students found out she'd stripped off for the popular magazine.

As an 18-year-old, she starred as "Coed of the Month" in February 2011 and went full-frontal for her fans.

She also donned winter bunny gear and lingerie — and simulated lesbian sex with another model.

"My butt looks great in jeans, panties, or nothing," she told the magazine.

"My legs are long. But my favorite thing about my body is my breasts. They're small, but real, nicely shaped, and I don't have to worry about back pain, bras, men staring or anything."

All the shots are still online to see — meaning her teen male students have most likely been checking out what their señora used to get up to.

"Are her male 16- and 17-year-old students looking at her without picturing her nude?" asked one parent to the Dallas Morning News.

"For the female students, is this someone they can respect as an educator, someone that they can look up to?" questioned another.

The Dallas school district has not commented on the saucy snaps, taken when she was not employed as a teacher, saying it is a "personnel matter."

Hollywood Porn Season Opens: 10 Sleazy Fall Flicks

Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s latest flick, “Don Jon,” asks the question: Which type of movie gives viewers more unrealistic expectations: chick flicks or porn? The fact that “Don Jon” is one of the tamer, more mainstream offerings among this fall’s movie crop goes to show, expectations aside, there’s far less difference between porn and other genres than there used to be.

And we’re in the middle of what may be the porniest movie season ever. Simply put, if graphic, seedy, dysfunctional sex doesn’t sound like a fun night at the movies, there isn’t much for you at the cinema right now. A spate of new Hollywood movies has sex as either the main focus or integral to the plot: sex with minors, porn addiction, sex addiction, graphic gay and lesbian sex – even necrophilia.


#1. “Don Jon”: So yes, “Don Jon, due out September 27, may have a more mainstream appeal by starring Gordon-Levitt and Scarlett Johansson. Mainstream that is, for a flick whose pivotal scene occurs when co-star Johansson walks in on Gordon-Levitt’s character as he masturbates.

Gordon-Levitt plays Jon Martello, who introduces himself by saying, “There’s only a few things I really care about in life. My body, my pad, my ride, my family, my church, my boys, my girls, and my porn.”

“Porn’s fine,” Gordon-Levitt explained in a Daily News America interview. "I'm aware that it can be hateful toward women. It can be addictive. It can get ugly. But it's only damaging if you allow it to be.”

As far as the film’s purpose, Gordon-Levitt compared, “the idea of a guy, who watches too much pornography,” to “a young woman, who watches too many romantic Hollywood movies” for “a hilarious way to ask the question: How do the different kinds of media we consume impact our lives and our love lives?”

# 2. “Blue Is The Warmest Color”: Nobody would ever mistake another of the fall’s movies as “hilarious.” The French lesbian film was earnest enough to win the Cannes Film Festival’s Palme d’Or award and aims for an Oscar. The NC-17 movie – a nice way of describing porn – captures the story of 15-year-old Adèle (Adèle Exarchopoulos) who falls for blue-haired college student Emma (Léa Seydoux).

The film, advertised by Publisher’s Weekly as an “elegantly impassioned love story,” features a 10 minute graphic sex scene that required 10 days of shooting in the nude with prosthetics. (And hey, what’s not to like about indulging in one day to perfect a minute?) But then, Exarchopoulos and Seydoux delved into their roles from the beginning, masturbating each other their first day of acting together.

(One thing the critics won’t say amidst their praise: while Adèle meets the age of consent in France, her relationship in the Unites States constitutes as statutory rape.)

Besides the sex, Director Abdellatif Kechiche forced Seydoux to punch her co-star. In the process, Exarchopoulos began crying and bleeding “everywhere.” Seydoux tried unsuccessfully to comfort her, Exarchopoulous explained, for when “she tried to stop my nose from running and [Kechiche] screamed, “No! Kiss her! Lick her snot!”

Despite their instantaneous fame, 28-year-old Seydoux and 19-year-old Exarchopoulos bashed Kechiche for feeling “trapped” in their roles as well as “embarrassed” and “ashamed.”

Seydoux told the Daily Beast, “Well, thank god we won the Palme d’Or, because it was so horrible. So now it’s cool that everyone likes the film and it’s a big success.” But the film wasn’t all bad, as Exarchopoulos explained to The Star: “It’s about love, first love, and everything that comes into it. It’s a love story, but afterwards if we could change things in the mentality of people, that would be so cool.”

#3. “Child of God”: Maybe James Franco is trying to change things in the mentality of people about necrophilia – or sex with dead people – with “Child of God,” which premiers on September 29.

Based on Cormac McCarthy’s 1973 novel, ”Child of God” follows Southerner Lester Ballard (Scott Haze) during his mad conquests of necrophilia and murder – or, as the teaser described “a child of God, much like yourself perhaps.”

Franco told the Daily Beast how Ballard “date[s] with one of these bodies, and the motions that he goes through aren’t any different from any romantic comedy, but he’s animating both sides of the relationship with his imagination.” Franco called the film a “character study,” something “that’s fascinating, and it’s a way to do what movies should do—talk about the human condition.”

"It's a little strange to admit but there's something about necrophilia — I don't want to sound like a weirdo — but the art was very interesting to me," Franco told USA Today. He later admitted, “I know I chose a difficult subject, but I want people to like it. I don't want to push the audience away.”

What’s not to like, even if Franco left out the minute details, such when Ballard encounters a dead couple in a car and, after buying a “first date” outfit, “wildly raped” the woman – or how he later scampers off to kill the new owner of his house while wearing a victim’s scalp and lipstick.

Franco perfected his necrophilia filming while directing a similar project during his time at NYU.

But, hey, that didn’t bug Hollywood, which has a thing for Franco’s antics, beginning this year with “Spring Breakers,” when Franco’s drug dealer persona joined in on a threesome.

# 4. “Palo Alto”: That’s not even the end of Franco for this fall. Starring in Gia Coppola’s “Palo Alto,” Franco transforms into a soccer coach and proves age discrepancy isn’t just a French obsession by seducing high-school student April, played by Emma Roberts. In the film, based on a book penned by Franco, he explains to April, “I’m older and I know that there aren’t a lot of good things around. And I know that you are really good.” Creepy.

#5. “A Teacher”: Hollywood is nothing if not an equal opportunity sleaze peddler. So “A Teacher” (September 6) reverses “Palo Alto’s” gender roles as a high-school teacher sleeps with her male student.

#6. “Adore,” with its beautiful sea-side scenery, offers a respite from Hollywood’s terror – until bikini-clad Robin Wright and Naomi Watts strut through the pseudo-incest plot. Childhood best friends Roz (Wright) Lil (Watts) sleep with each other’s sons in Anna Fontaine’s film, which also hit theaters September 6. The “love” story explodes when Lil’s son Ian sleeps with Roz, and Roz’s son, Tom, retaliates by sleeping with Lil.

The characters couldn’t express more pleasure at the situation with Lil admitting, “I don’t want to stop. I don’t see why we have to,” because “I can’t remember being this happy.” Roz acknowledged, “I know.”

Their surfer sons show no remorse either when Ian stands up from the table on the porch and Roz asks, “Where are you going?” Ian responds, “To your room,” as Tom proposes to Lil, “See you at yours.”

#7. “Afternoon Delight” features another mom behaving badly. In theaters August 30, it tells the story of a stay-at-home mom, Rachel (Kathryn Hahn), who drags her husband (Jeff Radnor) to the strip club in an effort to “fix” their sex life when a friend suggests, “You ever been to a strip club? We go there, we get all hot, and then we bang each other when we get home.” The perfect romantic evening, of course.

After a lap dance from a young stripper (Juno Temple), Rachel, later in the movie, offers the 19-year-old a home and nanny job in an effort to “save” her – or perhaps, live vicariously.

#8. “Concussion” offers more women obsession as a character transforms from lesbian housewife to hooker via a concussion. Robin Weigert, playing the key role, explained the film’s meaning: “It’s like – a little bit like – there’s an inner hooker in everyone,” such as “In terms of when you want to stray or when your eyes wandering because your marriage is no longer satisfying.” She asked, “You’re committing that act in some form, aren’t you?” Or, in other words the world is one giant strip club.

Revealing some of the film’s content, Weigert detailed, “I’ve never played a character who had sex on screen I don’t think before this.” She continued, “It was really new territory for me in that sense, and there would be a lot of it.” Nothing like on-the-job training.

#9. “Kill Your Darlings”: From lesbians to gays. October 16’s “Kill Your Darlings” which stars Daniel Radcliffe (perhaps better known as Harry Potter) as American “Beat” poet Allen Ginsberg as a young college student. The camera not only shows Ginsberg as he masturbates, but also as he hooks up with an older guy he meets at a bar.

No big deal to Harry Potter. Radcliffe explained to MTV, “"For me, there's something very strange about that because we see straight sex scenes all the time. We've seen gay sex scenes before. I don't know why a gay sex scene should be any more shocking than a straight sex scene. Or both of them are equally un-shocking.”

#10. “Thanks For Sharing”: A feel-good romantic comedy about sex addiction? “Thanks for Sharing,” in theaters Sept. 20, follows recovering sex addicts as they share struggles with a 12-step group – and stars big names Mark Ruffalo and Gwyneth Paltrow.

So this fall, Hollywood’s given free reign to its chief obsession. Whether it’s dolled up as “art” like “Blue is the Warmest Color” or aiming for a cheap, feel-good laugh like “Don Jon,” Tinsel Town’s lack of creative imagination makes it seem like writers, producers and directors have no choice but to return to sex again and again. Luckily, audiences do have a choice.

‘Black Tim Tebow’: Giants Star Prince Amukamara Says He’s Still a Virgin

Giants starting cornerback Prince Amukamara said in an interview with Muscle & Fitness that he’s never had a drink in his life and he remains a virgin. A devout Catholic, Amukamara said he has been called “the black Tim Tebow” by peers.

“I grew up Catholic, so it just started out as one of those things,” Amukamara told the magazine. “I’d think, ‘If I do this, maybe I can get to heaven,’ so I said no drinks, no sex, all the big things. As I grew up, I realized that’s not what it’s about. It’s about having a relationship with Jesus. It’s not about ‘Don’t do this.

Don’t do that.’ But still, it’s just one of those things I haven’t done, and I don’t see any benefit to doing it.”

Amukamara, 24, said he told his fiancé Pilar Davis that he might have his first alcoholic beverage at his bachelor party, but he’s not sure.

The two met at a New York City nightclub SL two years ago and Amukamara was “drawn to her,” but hesitant about actually making a move. He had to be spurred on by then-teammates Corey Webster and Aaron Ross to strike up a conversation.

“They were like, ‘Go say something to her!’” Amukamara said. “And they were cheering me on. She thought we were all rowdy and drunk and she didn’t pay us any attention. Then, later, I was waiting for Ahmad [Bradshaw] and she came by and we struck up a conversation. I asked her for her e-mail address because when someone asks for your number, it might be too personal and you might not want to give it. But if you ask for their e-mail address, they’ll give it. I was right.”

Amukamara, who is of Nigerian descent, still goes out clubbing with friends and teammates, though he doesn’t partake in drinking. He says he enjoys dancing and gets “high off of everyone else’s high.”

As far as women, the third-year player out of the University of Nebraska doesn’t even tell them he’s a football player. When he meets a girl, he claims to be a construction worker. And he told Davis when they met that he was a manager at the Gap.

“She’s from Sacramento, and if you remember [two years agp], we had to go to San Francisco to play them for the conference championship, so if I wanted her to visit me while I was out there, I’d have to tell her what I did,” Amukamara said. “So two days later, I said ‘Hey, I play for the Giants.’ She thought I meant San Francisco Giants. That’s when I thought she might be a keeper.”

Now, a source close to the on-again, off-again couple confirms what everyone has feared: The ex-Disney starlet and her Australian hunk are officially “on a break.”

“They’ve split for now,” the insider told RadarOnline.com. “Miley and Liam have a very tumultuous relationship and both are exhausted. It’s a complicated relationship. The wedding is on hold, for now. It’s not cancelled but it doesn’t look promising.”

Confirmation of the split comes after a report that Hemsworth, 23, was canoodling with another woman at the Toronto Film Festival.

According to Page Six, the Hunger Games star was “locking lips with a random brunette” at LDV Hospitality’s pop-up club Bungalow 8 on the Thompson Hotel rooftop on September 7. Later, “they left together.”

A rep for Hemsworth has insisted: “There is no truth whatsoever to any of this.”

But as we previously reported, Hemsworth’s frustrations with his partner of almost four years have been bubbling since her controversial performance alongside Robin Thicke at the MTV VMAs.

“Liam really does care about Miley, but her racy new look and sort of ghetto attitude isn’t exactly what he signed up for,” a pal told Radar.

“Her VMA performance absolutely mortified him and he couldn’t be more embarrassed. He doesn’t really see anything sexy about what she did on stage.”

Complicating matters, those in Hemsworth’s inner circle have long been encouraging him to part ways with Cyrus, 20, because the increasingly risque star could damage his reputation.

“Liam is a serious actor with a growing career, whereas Miley has just turned into a joke.”

The couple was last seen publicly at the Los Angeles premiere of his movie Paranoia on Aug. 8.

House Speaker John Boehner Tells ABC He Would Oppose Gay Marriage Even If Family Member Came Out As Gay

During an exclusive Sunday interview with ABC, House Speaker John Boehner told Martha Raddatz that he is unwavering in his opposition to gay marriage and would not change his opinion on the subject if a family member came out as gay like Senator Rob Portman‘s son earlier this week. 

“Rob is a great friend and a longtime ally. I appreciate that he has changed his views on this but I believe marriage is a union of a man and a woman,” Boehner told Raddatz. 

Raddatz inquired what he would do if one of his relatives turned out to be gay. Would he he change his views on this subject? 

“I believe that marriage is the union of one man and one woman. It’s what I grew up with it. It’s what I believe. It’s what my church teaches me. I can’t imagine that position would ever change,” he said.

Good for Speaker Boehner. Homosexuality is an unGodly behavioral choice made by individuals that is based on nothing but untethered lust. Changing your mind on an issue like "gay marriage" all because a family member chooses to engage in homosexuality is corny, lame and stupid because it shows that your principles can change on a whim. And while no sane conservative would ever tell someone to love your child any less because they choose to engage in homosexuality, accepting this unGodly act is the same as accepting them being an alcoholic or a drug addict or a rapist--love the sinner, hate the sin.

Amid the umpteen conferences, panels, meetings and informal conversations in the wake of the presidential election, this idea has been a near constant among conservatives who feel like the country is slipping through their fingers. Mitt Romney and the Republican National Committee combined raised just more than $1 billion, and all we got are these lousy T-shirts. Since conservatives are losing the culture, goes the argument, which in turn leads to losing at politics, maybe that money could be better spent on producing some cultural ammo of our own?

It's a bad idea.

Let's first acknowledge that Hollywood is overwhelmingly, though not uniformly, liberal. Hollywood constitutes a major part of the Democratic Party's financial base and, arguably, the constituency liberal politicians fear -- and revere -- most. That's why all of the post-Newtown talk of the Obama administration "going after Hollywood violence" was nonsense from the outset.

In August, New York magazine's Jonathan Chait wrote an interesting essay arguing that the right-wing culture vultures of the 1990s were essentially right: Hollyweird really was eroding traditional conservative values. A committed liberal, Chait is grateful for this effort: "We liberals owe not a small measure of our success to the propaganda campaign of a tiny, disproportionately influential cultural elite."

Chait makes a strong case. But just as there's a problem with conservatives drawing straight lines from the silver screen to social decay, there's a problem with drawing similarly unwavering lines to progressive triumph.

Hollywood produces culture, but it also takes its orders from it. For instance, according to today's pieties, the gun is an evil right-wing talisman. And yet, every year Hollywood vomits up a stream of films that cast guns as the solution to any manner of problems. Martial arts stars notwithstanding, you'll be hard-pressed to find an action movie in which the star's most trusted sidekick isn't his gun.

During the Bush years, Hollywood tried valiantly to do its part by churning out big box-office antiwar movies. It consistently failed. Liberal frustration grew so intense, then-L.A. Times columnist Patrick Goldstein celebrated James Cameron's sci-fi extravaganza "Avatar" as proof Americans really do like liberal movies with, among other things, antiwar themes. "Avatar," according to Goldstein, also proved that the global-warming message sells. And yet, after not just "Avatar" but "The Day After Tomorrow," the remake of "The Day the Earth Stood Still" (not to mention academic and media drum-beating), a 2012 Pew poll found that most Americans still don't buy that global warming is caused by humans.

The point isn't that Hollywood has no influence. It's just that its influence is agonizingly hard to predict or dismiss as unthinkingly liberal. Studies of "All in the Family" found that viewers in America, and around the globe, took different lessons from the show based on their politics and cultural norms. Despite Norman Lear's liberal best efforts, many found Archie Bunker more persuasive than his "meathead" sociologist son-in-law. HBO's epic series "The Wire" was a near-Marxist indictment of urban liberalism and the drug war, making it quite popular among many conservatives and libertarians. The popular BBC series "Downton Abbey" is shockingly conservative in many respects. The aristocrats are decent, compassionate people, and the staff is, if anything, more happily class-conscious than the blue bloods. And yet, as far as I can tell, liberals love it.

Obviously, the market is a big factor. No doubt many Hollywood liberals would like to push the ideological envelope more, but audiences get a vote. And that vote isn't cast purely on ideological grounds.

There's a difference between art and propaganda. Outside the art house crowd, liberal agitprop doesn't sell. Art must work with the expectations and beliefs of the audience. Even though pregnancies are commonplace on TV, you'll probably never see a hilarious episode of a sitcom in which a character has an abortion -- because abortion isn't funny.

The conservative desire to create a right-wing movie industry is an attempt to mimic a caricature of Hollywood. Any such effort would be a waste of money that would make the Romney campaign seem like a great investment.

Growing Number of Female Students Are Looking For “Sugar Daddies”

Typical example of moral decay and the perils of modern liberalism:

Nearly three thousand U.S. college students went online in the search for a 'sugar daddy' to fund their education last year.

Georgia State University and New york University were the top two schools for female students to seek out men willing to fund their tuition, with Pennsylvania's Temple University following closely behind for third place.

According to the website SeekingArrangement.com, 2012 saw a 58per cent growth in female students signing up to be 'sugar babies,' which the site describes as 'attractive, intelligent, ambitious and goal oriented' women seeking 'financial pampering.'

It said 292 Georgia State University students sighed up to the site, lurching from 11th place in 2011 to first place in the list for 2012.

The University of Georgia, meanwhile, had 148 students sign up for the site, ranking eighth - down from second place last year.

The number of New York University students signing up actually dropped from 2011, taking the university from first place down to second place for 2012 with 285 sign ups.

In comparison, New York City's Columbia University had 100 sign ups. 

Pennsylvania has had the most growth, on average, however.

The website's founder Brandon Wade said in a statement: 'The population of college Sugar Babies in Pennsylvania has steadily increased every year, with Temple leading all major universities this year.

'While some may argue that these women are just using men for their own personal gain, I believe that they are proactive in pursuing a higher education.'

CBS spoke to a student last year - who did not want to be identified - who is a member of the site and asks for $10,000 to $20,000 a month.

The 22-year-old from Miami said she is looking for someone who will never say no to her needs.

She told the network: 'The lesson here… ask and you shall receive.

'They have given me cars, trips, jewelry. These guys will take you out and they will court you.

'They support you financially. My dreams came true after my parents stopped supporting me when I was 18.

Every child deserves to be born with a mother and a father in their lives. But unfortunately for many kids around America, anti-God social liberals, people who engage in homosexual behavior and their advocates on the UnGodly Left do not believe in God's way and the consequences can be devastating. On the same par of moral decay with the anti-God Left are "sperm donors", wayward men who treat fatherhood like a nuisance and have no problem donating their sperm to morally bankrupt institutions or women who engage in same-sex relations just so they can pat themselves on the back for doing a "good deed", when in fact they're just contributing to the moral decay and confusion in the world. Good to find some judges in Kansas who feel the same way:

The state of Kansas is seeking child support from a man who says he signed away all parental rights when he donated sperm to a lesbian couple. 

"It came out of the blue. He was absolutely floored," attorney Ben Swinnen said of his client William Marotta. 

Marotta, 46, met Angela Bauer and Jennifer Schreiner in 2009 when he responded to a Craigslist ad from a lesbian couple in Topeka, Kan., who were offering $50 per sperm donation, according to legal documents.

Marotta and his wife met with the women and he agreed to donate to them without accepting the money, Swinnen said. 

All three signed a sperm donor contract that stated that he would have no paternal rights and would be in no way responsible for any child that resulted from the donation. 

"Jennifer and Angie further agree to indemnify William and hold him harmless for any child support payments demanded of him by any other person or entity, public or private, including any district attorney's office or other state or county agency, regardless of the circumstances or said demand," the agreement read.

Marotta donated and Schreiner gave birth to a little girl through artificial insemination, according to court documents. The issue that would later become a legal factor, however, is that the artificial insemination was not performed by a licensed physician, which Swinnen said Marotta did not know at the time. 

"He sporadically heard that the child was born, but that was about it," Swinnen said. "He had no contact with the child." 

"Three years forward, the couple sought state assistance for the child and the Kansas Department of Children and Families sought out of them the name of the father and said they would not provide assistance unless they provide the name," Swinnen said.

Since then the rapper and producer has gone on to make millions via feel-good music, while furthering his brand and exposure with high-profile relationships with noted gold-digger Amber Rose and still-married, morally bankrupt socialite Kim Kardashian, with whom he has just announced expecting a baby with. How this news effects West's relationship with black liberals is probably a non-factor considering Obama's successful re-election bid. But no doubt, those of you considering having kids with married women will be comforted by West's "good news":

Kim Kardashian is expecting her first child with her boyfriend Kanye West, the reality star's spokesman confirmed.

The happy news was first revealed by Kanye onstage during his concert in Atlantic City on Sunday night as Kim watched from the audience.

The rapper said 'stop the music', then announced 'make noise for my baby mama right here,' with a wide smile. Kanye's announcement prompted a flurry of excited tweets from the audience.

Kim, who was sat in the audience during the show, is said to have not known that her man would reveal their pregnancy and was in shock like many of the rappers fans.

She confirmed the news in a message to fans titled 'New Year, New Beginnings' on Monday.

She wrote: It’s true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us. Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family. Happy New Year!!! Xo

The two have been dating for eight months. They have previously denied pregnancy rumours.

Kim is thought to be around the 12-week mark.

Kim, 32, and Kanye, 35, were last seen together on Christmas Day when they attended a basketball game to watch Kim's brother-in-law Lamar Odom play with his new team The Clippers.

Kanye was seen carefully attending to his girlfriend and holding her hand as they sat side by side in the front row. They left at half time, with Kim later tweeting that she felt 'unwell'.

'In bed with the flu all day. Praying this goes away fast!' the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star wrote.

Kim won't be letting her pregnancy get in the way of her work - she is hosting a party in Las Vegas for New Year's Eve at the 1 Oak nightclub.

Kim will earn a six-figure sum for the appearance with tickets costing $125 for entry into the VIP area and $3,000 for a table, according to TMZ.

Of course, Kim is still married to her estranged second husband Kris Humphries. The pair's divorce has been prolonged as the basketball star has insisted on a court case, claiming the marriage should be annulled as it was 'fraud'.

After the news of Kim's pregnancy broke late on Sunday her excited family took to Twitter.

Sister Kourtney wrote: 'Been wanting to shout from the rooftops with joy and now I can! Another angel to welcome to our family. Overwhelmed with excitement!'

Pope Benedict XVI Denounces Gay Marriage As A ‘Manipulation Of Nature’

A great servant of God speaks the truth:

Pope Benedict XVI used the opportunity of his annual Christmas address to amp up his opposition to gay marriage Friday, calling homosexuality a “manipulation of nature.” He denounced people who “deny their nature” and “make it for themselves.” He claimed homosexuality was destroying the very “essence of the human creature.”

The Pope dedicated the speech to promoting “traditional family values” in the wake of campaigns to legalize same-sex marriage in France, the United States, Great Britain and elsewhere. He implied that the Vatican would be open to allying itself with other faiths who also oppose marriage equality.

During the speech, he referred to a study done by the Chief Rabbi of France, Gilles Bernheim, who called the campaign for marriage equality an “attack” on the traditional family. The Pope agreed, saying,

“There is no denying the crisis that threatens it [the family] to its foundations – especially in the Western world. When such commitment is repudiated, the key figures of human existence likewise vanish: father, mother, child – essential elements of the experience of being human are lost.”

Earlier that same week, the Pope said gay marriage, along with abortion, was a threat to world peace.
